This is basicly a vid of the epic battles I have been present in over the last 2 weeks.
I originally intended to make an eye candy vid to start with but more and more epic fight fraps was coming in and I am not too confident with my editing skills yet so thought I would throw this vid out because the fights are worth seeing.
The fights are all against either Insurgency, Smashkill or Intrepid Crossing.
I will work on an eye candy vid over the next few weeks and will try get one out.
Anyway here is is.
Length: 15 mins 12 secs
Size: 471mb
Also the voice of randomness is the much loved Spaced Skunk, he doesn't know he is on here yet, they are recordings of the mad things he sends me over msn. (The guy is a legend fair play)

There was module activation lag as you see from mine at the start of the fight. However it was not that bad really. I been in far worse with far less numbers. Also it was proper old school fighting. Too many nano's and snipers these days. You rarely get face to face fights like that and with 79 battleships popping in about just over 20 minutes is probably the reason why, everyone would be bankrupt. I personally think you can't put a price on the awesomeness of being up close and personal though.

I rarely get client lag, when server wants to lag I know it though. Like when I lost my Navy Augoror to you guys when we tackled the wyvern I was in slideshow mode and was unable to fraps very much of it. Generally though the game runs really smooth for me though. (Also note I do everything to reduce lag iun fleet battles, ie turn off effects, colour tags, create different overview settings not to have too cluttered an overview etc.)
