If cease my account subscription:
1) Will it be deleted? Can I come back later?
2) Skill training stops? If not, does it goes until it ends?

1. No it won't be deleted officially for 6 months, then it COULD be deleted after that but CCP reports it takes very little server space to keep old accounts so its very likely it will be stored for years afterword. You can reactivate your account at any time.
2. Your skill still trains till its done if you have one training when your subscription runs out.

Accounts seem to stay forever, but I've heard that they could be deleted after 6 months of inactivity, if CCP bothered to do so.
And if you start a long training skill, it will finish. I've taken a break for a month and got a long skill trained while I was on holiday. Came back and reactivated my account, with my new skill done.

The accounts seem to stay for a considerable time. My account was created 2003 and I stopped playing for 4 years until reactivated recently. The account still ok and all items and ships still in hangers.
Also skill will continue to train until finished

Where did you hear about that? I just reactivated an alt about a week ago that i had training Mining Barge V and it had finished fine.

Skills do stop training on the Chinese server (Serenity?), which may be what you are getting confused with. As far as I know, skill training continues on inactive accounts on Tranquility.
