I am 6 days away from Interceptors and have been fooling around with setups. I've heard lots of good things about Beamsader. But most of my loadouts give me 0.2 tracking at an optimal of 18KMs, at speeds near 5500 m/s. That's breathtaking, but what's the accuracy like with those numbers? -- Meridius Dex --

I have yet to meet any Interceptor which can beat me down. I've solo'd Vagabonds and pretty much every Interceptor in the game (although, I confess... the Claw terrifies me).
sry, you're staying at 10km-7km where I want you
blaster-ranis are funny as hell when you fly railranis. its like holding an angry kid at bay with your hand while you pound on him with your other, as his fists miss you by miles.
especially easy because they all dive bomb you, then miss, then you web, then they strain to get back within 5km.
Except the blasterranis pilot can just run away if he fails that miserably. ------------------------------------

I get 0.22207 with my skills and 1x tracking enhanter II. I orbit at 15km, using Navy Standard S crystals. Thus: 15 000 m/s * 0.22207 = 3331 m/s max transferal speed.
That might indeed seem to be low, but because the pattern to calculate the chance to hit takes account the signature radiuses as well, you can orbit a cruiser or an MWDing frigate without slowing down at all, your gun signature is 40m and the targets is +150 m^2 at very least. The circle you make around the target will reduce your speed to abouts 4700m/s anyway. If you however encounter stuff like AB frigates, then you must slow down, or hit the 'Keep at range: 15km' button.
Its allready been succesfull on the field, so I can fully recomend it. I hope this helped a bit.

Solo? Crow or malediction, missiles and range, you dont get killed by bigger ships unless you suck.
Vs other interceptors, rail ranis any day of the week imo.
Do enough dmg to have long range faster intys flee (or get tricked into your web), out dmg any shortrange inty within webrange at 9km (unless you suck or ****up)
