When there recently was a devblog that had a title involving pirates, I was thinking, (in vain) hoping that there would be some kind of content addition to "boost" low-sec piracy, and I came to think: What devblogs do people want to see?
Like... "We're opening the Jove-regions", "New race discovered", "New technology cluster finally installed, Oveur says: 'EVE is now server-side LAG-FREE'".
What would be your favourite DEV-blog titles?

Gambling comes to EVE
[in game casinos where we can bet and lose isk, sometimes win (mostly lose).. like the casino games in FALLOUT ...]
Could have slaver hound races to bet on... [idea on using a minmitar on a rail instead of bunny for them to chase has been omited]

There are a bunch of Texas Hold 'Em rings running where people bet and lose isk
