I think this subject needs to be cleared up since quite a few corps have come to fade and waged war on us because of us being a "pirate" alliance. These corps being mainly Celestial Apoc and Rona-KIA. Yes in the beginning of our alliance we did have pirate corps that were a part of us. Tundragon and The Spang were both full members. We were naped with Teddybears and Bone Collectors. These 4 corps helped us in the very beginning by pushing out BNC forces and give the rest of the RSA...normally miners a few good lessons on PVP. Now I will break this down corp by corp so it can be cleared up for good.
Tundragon[TDG]:
Tundragon was one of the founding corps of RSA. Their CEO Xpohoc was one of 3 council members. The others being Phonix and myself. For a month or so TDG fought with us and helped the rest of us become one hell of a PVP fleet. Roughly 4 weeks ago Xpohoc and his corpmates decided to leave RSA so they could continue being pirates. They wanted to leave the alliance because they knew it would bring a bad name to us if we were a "pirate" alliance. We stay friends with tundragon because they helped us a lot in that first month. They do not operate out of fade and to be honest I have no clue where they operate now. TDG is no longer RSA or connected to us in anyway.
The Spang[SPANG]:
The spang is also another corp that joined us in the beginning. They were members up until about 3 weeks ago when they seemed to disapear out of thin air. In their corp bio it still has the RSA member tag in it. This is a mistake and has been asked to be removed by myself. They have not been in fade for 3 weeks at least and we have not heard from any of them in those 3 weeks. They were members but are no longer part of RSA. I personally have told them they are no longer members. This was done for 2 main reasons. They did not particpate in RSA activities for about 5 weeks now. They have made the vision of RSA as a pirate alliance bolder so they were told to leave.
Bone Collectors:
Bone Collectors were never RSA members. They were allies for a short while since we had the same enemies at that time. They only were involved with one fight with RSA and that was about 5 weeks ago. Since then they have not been in our channel or inside the fade region since that battle. They are no longer allies of ours. We have not spoken with them in a long time and they have not helped us in anyway since then. This was a temporary alliance to take down a commen enemy. That enemy being Arcadia which we were at war with for 1 week and are no longer.
Teddybears [ROARR]:
This one is easy. We had a NAP with [ROARR] since they were friends with [TDG] and [SPANG]. We have never fought with them nor will we ever. In fact we are no longer holding a NAP with them either. They downed 2 RSA ships about 10 days ago. They never were RSA and they hold no standing with them. We wont go out looking for them but if we are fired apon by their pilots we will fire back.
The Smite Brotherhood [TSBH]:
For some reason or another a lot of people think this corp is a pirate corp. Smite has never been pirates in their existance. They have never camped gate or gone to empire to kill people. They only have fired on those who fired apon them.
Rising Storm Alliance [RSA] :
The RSA had a brief pirate history. The 2 days after we took control of the Fade region most of us needed to have a bit of fun. Things inside the alliance were hell since none of us have ever formed a real alliance before. So about 10-15 of us(bulk or our fleet at the time) decided to blow off some steam. We did this in EC-P8R where we pretty much shot at everything that moved. On our way down there and back we also shot at everyone that was not with us. This proved to be costly fun. Aparently we had a NAP at the time with Deathstar International[DSIN]. They did not take kindly to us killing a few of their ships. We have been at war with them ever since. Besides those 2 days RSA has not been a pirate alliance and nor do we plan on becoming one. For those corps who wish to wage war on us for this reason you are fighting the wrong people. If you have problem with us being friends with pirates in our brief past that is fine. If you attacking us because you think we still are pirates then you are mistaken. There are 3 corps that have a right to be at war with us. Black Nova[BNC] because we took fade from them. Deathstar International[DSIN] because we broke our nap with them. Reikoku[RKK] because they are probly getting paid to fight us.

Yes they are very good friends. Rona-KIA is the corp that has attacked us claiming we are pirates. The other corps are helping their friends to the best of my knowledge.
Also about the diplomatic solution. Its not going to be possible. I tried to get a cease fire with DSIN on to get a demand for 1 billion isk. Also talked of a BNC cease fire only to get attacked by a BNC fleet the next day. These guys want our region and there is no hope for peace until they have it or die trying. RSA is not going to leave until we are all fighting in kestrels...which we probly would do if it needs to be done.

Of course. I am all for a diplomatic solution. RSA however will not leave fade. If there can be a solution where RSA can keep fade and not open it up to 3,000 miners then we would consider any other offer.

Ok im going to say this once and thats it. The topic hear was to tell everyone that RSA are not pirates. Now this post has become a ***** fest. As I stated before Toulak...the NAP was never heard about. Vincent blade had no power in the alliance. If we would have heard about it then we would never have fired. That doesnt matter now. What does matter is that everyone is calling us pirates just so they have an excuse to kill us. BNC attacked FREEE because we were "conspiring". FREEE never considered this an act of pirating from BNC. RSA attacks Arcadia because they were "conspiring" and we get labled as pirates? We had a few days of fun in EC-P8R. I think we killed some frigs and a few cruisers that day. We also killed one BS or so outside of EC-P8R on that same day. This was the first day we were a full fledged alliance. Since that day the only pirating done by RSA was from the corps that have left of been kicked out. If I am not mistaken the pirating took place after these corps left RSA. If they did not remove the RSA tag then that was their fault not ours. We learned that day that if we became pirates that we would have all of eve coming down on us. So we stoped it. Also to BNC if you guys heard of any warning that we were going to attack it would have been from the FADE ALLIANCE channel that we let a few of your members in. Therefore you would have known we had many members but held no claim to fade but all made it a home and did not like your un announced presence. The main reason FREEE did not like BNC is because fade was open. If everyone could have seen the belts in fade after FE came up you would have been mad too. The roids FADE ALLIANCE was mining for months were extremly hurt. Even with BNC's no roid poping rule. FREEE never would have gotten back up if BNC wouldnt have attacked us. 2 Hours after Roba was podded by BNC I had everyone in fade alliance ready to organize and take you guys out. BTW Roba was repairing his mega outside the station when he was attacked by a dozen BNC battleships. No warning at all. Also to those complaining that we teamed up with FE...let me spoil some of the fun for you. The first people I asked for help was PA. I may be wrong but I think I mailed Darth Solo about this. If not him I talked to about 3 members from CDI and one from 20th Legion. They all said they did not want to help and pretty much said they didnt give a ****. I helped PA defend venal from an attack from Evolution. I killed 2 EVOL BB in pure blind to help them out. After I had made 30 jumps to come to Venal to help(2am I belive). I was told I had to leave...and that PA could not gurantee my saftey as I was leaving. They did not mean EVOL attacking me....They were not sure if PA boarder guards would let me out. After all this bull I still looked to them as a friendly group and asked for their help. I never went crying to FE to come help us out. The only person I asked was Hupa who just happened to be visiting the Fade Alliance channel that night. FE came in w/o any of us knowing about it. Me and Brudoc were about 70 jumps from fade mining and heard about this. Before I fully knew the reason for FE being there I was about to see of PA wanted to help one more time. Thats when I learned FE was helping us take the region back. When we set up RSA we asked every corp in fade if they wanted to be a part of us. Mostly everyone did...there was even a discussion whether or not to let TDG and spang join. But they were fade locals as much as the rest of us were so we let them. Other than those first nights RSA never pirated. Even Tundragon and The Spang cut out the pirating. As I said before...if your looking to kill pirates go elsewhere. There are none in fade anymore.
Also on a side note...if you guys hate pirates so much...WTF are you doing fighting with HUFF. HUFF are known pirates...they still are pirates and the so called "pirate hunters" are working with them. Cut the bull**** and be men/women enough to just say you want to kill people. Stop hiding behind the "We are attacking you cuz your pirates" story. I posted this to get answers...not bull

Also one more thing. If you guys honestly want to talk peace mail me in the game and set up a time when we can do it. RSA is not going to die. I know you guys have the upperhand but the last few nights we have been killing more ships than you have distroyed of ours. I 3 days I beleive I was the only BS taken out from the invading force. Im not bragging cuz it could go the other way tomorrow. Im just pointing out that we would have left by now if we didnt think we could win. Moral in RSA is higher than it has ever been. Most of you have said that you do not want to claim the region. If this is true then you might want to worry about what your corps goals are. If we get in a big battle and lose every BS in our fleet we will be back up in fade in less than a week refitted for battle...this is how it will always be if there is no peace. Frankly I wish it would stop tonight. I would rather be mining and building up my corps power than fighting with you guys.
One more note. Darth solo should be able to tell you all that I am no pirate. I went out with a celes battle group on 2 occasions hunting EPA and HUFF.
Another note. If you want to have peace negotiations it will simply be a cease fire...no payments, no merging...and RSA will still control fade and keep the boarders closed.

Heres the kill list from roba. A mega got his pod...thats 8 ships. I was wrong on the dozen. First of all never call me a liar. Second FREEE never poped roids. Third I dont care about a cease fire with BNC. Its celes and rona-kia that I got a problem with atm. They came down for no damn reason and are hiding behind the "they are pirates...we are anti-pirate". As I said before. Just be a man and give the real reason your attacking us.

Ok this is simple...in eve things change rapidly. A week before FE allied with us I attacked and got podded by hupa. We were enemies at that time. In that one week I lost 5 scorps. 2 to Jokers, 2 to Tundragon and one to FE. I was a pirate hunter up to the point of BNC attacking my corp. I looked for help knowing I would need it. I asked all that I thought would help. Voldemorte of Tundragons was one of the first people to respond. He was actully sitting at the gate I was about to jump into. If it would have happened an hour later me and vold would have been shooting at eachother when i jumped through.

When was this kiainkz? And if you have proof we could probly work somthing out in part of reperations. The RSA has decided that if a person can prove that they were fired on and killed by RSA during our pirating activities that we will most likly reimpurse you. If FREEE was a part of this I was probly there. I do not remeber this incident but maybe you can refresh my memory. Also KiaInkZ, next time you decide to attack someone at least let them know why. A few of RSA members had a R-K APOC in roir and I told them not to fire. I will keep R-K on a threat list for the moment. Most of us have friends in PA and do not want any troubles with you guys. Even tho you are acting on your own behalf.

Our reperations obvious will exclude any war with NORAD or Arcadia. For example a scorp lost by BNC would not be covered. But the alt kestrel toulak lost would be. So would R-K BS lost.

Thats excatly right. We went pirate for 2 days and we are trying to clear things up. At first I thought the idea of paying people back was stupid. Then after a few of the alliance members suggested it to be just for the people that lost ships during our pirating behavior and if they could prove it happened and it happened during that time then we could work something out. RSA is now a miner alliance who have been trained in PVP. When we first started we were a Pirate, miner, PVP and anti-pirate alliance. Now we are just miners with guns. The pirates are gone. RSA only cares about holding its region. Thats how it will always be. This war is a ton of fun, but I would rather be building myself some wealth and my new corp wealth. I know our corp name probly sounds like a pirate corp. I personally wanted it to be called "Savage Rabbit".

I tell you what,i maybe wrong,but this sound very pirate to me.
If any of you actually new crow...you would realize that he is a noob.
To Lifewires post...read any of his last post and ask yourself how credable they are. When TDG was part of RSA and lifewire would post it would usally be an exagerated story of what happened.
To Toulak of DSIN. Like I said before you guys have a reason to war with us and I dont care if there is a nap between us ever. To that post with what I was saying in the convo was already discussed in my original post message. RSA did pirate at the very begining.
To whoever said this is not credable when we are being attacked. I can see that but we never knew we were considered a pirate alliance untill now. RKK attacked us with DSIN. Thats why you guys are our enemies. R-K just now said that spang attacked them after they left the alliance. So now they have no cause for war. When I asked R-K for a reason why they were attacking us I got no response. I had my friends try to get answers from them. All R-K said is taht RSA are pirates. Thats it...they never said who attacked the...what ships they lost(besides.."we lost several BS's). Even after asking KIAInkZ for proof we attacked them I have got none. If I got a kill mail from one of your members and it was an RSA member that killed your ships...then I would say you have a right to be at war. Untill I see that I see this only as an excuse to fight. As I figured Celes just wanted some action and thats understandable. Thank you Darth for saying thats all you wanted.
Ok so this is where it stands. I never cared about the corps attacking us to back off. They attacked/attacking us and that is that. I jsut wanted a just and reasonable answer as to why Rona-KIA is attacking us. I did not want to bring this up but if they were really after the "pirates". Why did they attack COD. COD never were pirates and they hate pirates. A lot of the corps in COD dont like FE. Once they found out we were tied in with FE a lot of them backed away from RSA.
This is it. I will be posting on here no longer. What I am saying is getting lost. I tried to be reasonable about this whole matter and try to find out what could be done to fix it. Deathstar International will be KOS for my whole time playing EVE. BNC would be possible to ally with at some point(obviously not now  ). I get along with them and they are always fair and never *****. RKK is a good chance also since you guys have not been*****s to us. DSIN has the stupist most insane members I have ever seen. Every time we tried to work out this issue or make things work we always got a "**** you" and pay us 1 billion isk or you die. I remeber you guys trying to say in a forum post a few weeks ago that DSIN was a "professional" corp. DSIN will be seen for the *****es they really are...just give it time.
