Hello Future Star Frontiers Bros,
First of all let me state that Star Frontiers is awesome, I Jumped around from a bunch of different corps looking for that perfect fit, from a fledgling mining corporation that had PVP undertones, to a Drug manufacturing corporation, i even tried a Mercenary corporation, non of them seem to fit, there just seemed to be a little something missing, but something that i felt was very important. Finally I found Star Frontiers, and with it i found a family of easy going, caring individuals.
Eve is tough universe, you don't normally find people who normally ask you how your day was going, or if your having a issue with something, someone jumps to the front to see how they can help you get it resolved, anyway on to my story.
One of the fellow corp mates mentioned the logistics service that Star Frontiers provides ( free of charge mind you ), Now in the amount of time i have been apart of this Brotherhood of Badassery we have only had 1 gank of a freighter, unluckily for me it was mostly my stuff, about 4 bil of ships, materials, and mods. Now keep in mind i wasn't happy about the loss but it was about the 1000th time ive used the logistics service and i came to the conclusion that hey just gonna have to chalk it up to a loss, that's just how the game is. A day later Argus Sorn our fearless leader sent out a corp mail stating that anyone who lost anything on the Freighter should make up a list of what was lost, or an approximation, and how big the courier package was, and he would (out of his ISK) pay back a portion of what was lost, i think he estimated about 50-70%. And i thought to myself that's cool he doesn't have to do that. So i wrote up my email, talked to him a bit about it. 4 days later my wallet is blinking, I look in it and see a fat balance that clearly replaces everything i lost, and it has a little note attached to it, that says, put this towards a jump freighter. Although i didn't put it towards a jump freighter, it is amazing that a CEO would even do this, ganks happen, stuff is lost, people should move on and be done with it, but not Argus, he payed everyone back for free courier contracts that someone else lost.
Maybe this is'nt such a good story but its a testament to just how much the Corp leadership cares about its members, and is willing to make excel spreadsheets, and poor over data for hours just to make sure that everyone got there money back. Come and join star frontiers, be in a Badass Corporation, that feels like a brotherhood. I can tell you that i will never leave and have found my home in the roughshod, harsh galaxy, finally with people that i feel will make a difference and continue to keep the game fun and awesome.
