Yeah, the Steam forums in their infinite, um, wisdom says it should unlock right about now. Not much going on in my Steam client though.

Haven't played much yet, but I think I will... Going through my track list atm, and BSE's Arrakis was ofc among the first... Pretty rough ride, with lots of greys both on the track and on my board  , but I guess I'll get the hang of it eventually.
And I will try the RealX mix on ninja mono, just not yet. I'll need a good night's sleep for the techniques and twitching to really sink in. So how about it Zapatero, tomorrow at dawn?

Yeah I'll second that. I can see me playing this when I'm bored and just want a quick fix of something.
Anyone got any scores they are proud of? I have slightly... obscure tastes in musics, so I guess my chances of getting top scores are good . Afghan Whigs anyone? lol
I got about 5th on mono pro for Muse, Knights of Cydonia - and the top score was a cheater (already!?), song map was totally different from the others.

Alright, I thought I'd at least load the RealX performance and take a look at the track (probably fairly slow, considering what it takes to get red tracks...). Took a while to load ofc, and then when it was done...

Bah I just got 4 "dethroned" emails from audiosurf.
I'm mildly annoyed that they send these emails without asking you if you want them first, but tbh I'm rather more annoyed at losing my top spots...

I don't mind the email much, assuming the opt out link works...
Seems I have my work cut out for me, taking back my top spot (Blood Sugar -- Pendulum). The guy who beat me used a different mix of the tune (the one without the voice-over), I wonder if that's any easier. Oh well, nothing the ninja stealth bonus can't compensate for.

I thought I'd go for a nice relaxing tune to help me get the stealth adept (no greys on ninja elite), so what could I play? How about Barber's Adagio for Strings, choral version from the Homeworld soundtrack? That's a nice quiet, gentle tune yeah?
WRONG! For some reason it's mostly downhill! It makes quite a cool ride actually, even if the speed really doesn't fit the music...

Any 'noise' will add to the speed. It normally works fine but in some songs the most climatic parts will only be 'meh' whilst in certain 'calmer' songs it goes all red
though it seems to be able to pick up on BPM, which is nice

Made a video of me trying to beat my high score. play "Dear Jessie" with mono pro. it was a poor attempt didn't get stealth or clean finish but, its still cool to look at if you haven't bought Audiosurf.
Steam name is Mr.Wizard so watch out for me on the bottom of those charts.

I am trying to get stealth on dear jessie elite...
I had stealth on pro and easy, and first places, but after server upgrade my scores disappeared, so no more nr1 places :P

Depends on track and difficulty level.
Also, get mouse sensitivity perfectly right, high sensitivity helps in this game, but not too high, so that you can still make exact movements to not overshoot lanes :P

I have the one block syndrome. I hit one grey block to screw up stealth and then I make the rest of the stage flawlessly without pressure.
Like for example in this video that I just uploaded. One fail and then surfing through the rest.
