Anybody know anything about the Vengeance Of The Fallen? Just declared war on us, which seems sort of strange. Looking for any sort of information about them, because I never heard of them before. Thank you.

Oracle detracted the war Joshua, but somehow, Kilhu, from gradient, came on the wrong side of the tracks with Xirtam, and now they are at war with 2 cooperations, 1 is a nifty little freelancer corp, friends of mine, and VOTF

A large number of corporations have been sighted in CA claimed space, we've seen more non CA outfits mine there than CA. 
VOTF is just a drunken WTF.

From my dealings with VOTF i can say this: They are a very strong PVP corp and have been rated in the top 5 pvp corps in CA, we have had alot of good fights with them.
There is always minimal smack in local and they seem like a cool bunch of ppl
If u are to fight them i say good luck to u and make sure u have a good battle plan 
I know they play for maximun enjoyment out of EVE so do the same when u battle them

I have a new found respect for everlasting,I used to think you where all a bunch of smack talking kids but after some of the fun inn and around pator where it seems you are the only corp not giving us **** on local I know diffrent.

If VotF has declared war on you, be prepared for a good fight. They have good tactics and control. My experiences with them have shown them to be mature, with minimal smack talk.

VOTF are a group almost completely full of crybabies and liars.
I sat in local once while a couple of their members were swearing up and down that xirt had my corpse in his hanger and they were looking at it. I found this funny because no one in eve posseses my corpse.
After 15 minutes of me laughing at the newbies from votf, 1 of their members who is not included in the grouping of the rest, informed me that Xirt did not have any corpses in his hanger.
Every time VOTF has lost a battle with Evolution forces, which has been many many times, there have always been cries of hacking, cheating, ctd's, and dos attacks.

every corp has a memeber or two that act badly, but when EV and VOTF were having a frig war in pator, hell, you would have thought it was just live fire training (cept when we tryied to pod kill each other but twas all in good fun)
still wish I had a fraps of the fight with dolemite
oh well theres always my memory

I have a fraps of a mini-fleet battle in PF-346 a couple of nights ago - 0 smack talk from either side. They've never accused us of hacking/cheating etc - perhaps we aren't as good as some ;)

yea gryn, you guys did good there, we made lots of mistakes. we were just being lazy that night plus you outnumbered us 7-4 in battleships (not an excuse). But i can garantee we wont be caught with our pants down again... :)

Oracle actually never declared, and so thus never had a war to retract.
I think the fact that the then-CEO of Oracle stepped down, and is now in VOTF, sheds a little light on both situations.
I also think it's interesting that the other corp who has declared war on us claims "close ties" to the ex-CEO of Oracle, and that (oddly enough) the ex-CEO of Oracle and the CEO of this other corporation are never on at the same time.
And by interesting, I mean lame.
"Alt corp" wars are so pointless, and we really do prefer to RP everything. These little wars out of the blue by corps that would have no real "game world" interest in us just makes no RP sense whatsoever.

It just shows, that you have no idea of CA, Oracle, VOTF, or any thing else in this game, I know you prefer to fight on the forums, its allright by me, but i enjoy playing ingame, so we will proberly meet soon enough

No he was not, if you read up, he stated that me or Xirtam are never on at the same time
And Einheriar Glad, is a real life buddy of mine, and we have always carried that particulary name, in all the games we have played.
I havent been smacktalking, if you read up, if been nice and sound, and i prefer to play in the game.
And yes, you podded the CEO of Death Angels, who can only fly an ibis

No, I'm sure he meant "Ghuntress," because he's referencing you saying you had a "very good friend" who had declared war against us or whatever, and based on the flashing of the buddy list, it's definitely you (maybe after we convince CCP to "nerf" the local channel, we can start working on the buddy list, by requiring consent or something).
Just for the record, I never podded you (or your alt). Unless I've been the victim of a transcranial microcontroller! 
How many times has that alt been podded in that war? I was under the impression it was just the once.
