Topic says it all, really. I'm asking because I was flying recently through a 1.0 system when I witnessed a fight between two groups. One group had an Onyx which, by all looks and appearances, was generating a warp disruption bubble. I thought those could only be used in 0.0, or does that only apply now to the Interdiction Sphere Launcher?
I recall there being talk about a bug with the Heavy Interdictors, that even if they're using the script that only allows them to target a single ship, that the bubble would still show. Even if that's the case, the question still stands - can the Heavy Interdictor work its mojo in hi-sec? |

It would have been using the unlimited str hi slot scrambling.

No, they can't.
However, there's a graphics glitch, which makes the bubble visiual effect appear sometimes.

AFAIK,
The "graphics glitch" appears when you arrive on-grid AFTER the heavy dictor has started using the Warp Disruption Field Generator w/ Script.
