To the best of my knowledge the only SOLID caldari pvp ship seems to be the crow, ive tried a few other ships which either ended in a pod or in a near pod experience, these include cara, ferox and drake. Does anyone use caldari for solo pvp and if so what ships do u use and more importantly what setup

With that said, the drake can do fairly well, but in the age of nano the nanocerb is among the most popular. The beagle can do it's job, but... hardly the strongest in class due to the problems with 24km scramranges. Kestrel can be amazing.
All-in-all, the caldari are quite weak in the solo-compartment. The 4nos/4torp rokh did use to work, but havnt seen it or tried it in a very long time.
kestrel eh...you fitting that with rocket or missile launchers. ive tried the drake the problem with the drake is its dps is **** poor (if u want a decent tank)....

gotta say thats one hell of a post!
but to summarise what ur saying missile skilled caldari = manti / crow and suicide kestrel
for rails (all the other ships on your list)
ive tried solo pvp in a raven and i gotta say - ITS SUICIDE!
