After a long a tedious negotiations with Curse Allince Dark Lord XirtanVOTF it has been decided that we in m0o will pay the sum of 2 billion ISK or 20 tier 2 battleships to the Curse Allince wich will then be distrabuted amongst the corpurations in CA, to compensate for some of the loss we cause them in the past, half has already been paid out.
In return we (m0o) will be allowed free passage out of CA space this weekend and a perminent NAP will take place, we will never fly in to CA space again since that will break the NAP.

We have only paid half now, that allowed us to leave without harm, the rest will be payed when we have all left CA space.
2 billions is not much, we have lost 30-35 ships to CA in our war and while the war was in full swing we could not make any ISK, we are buisiness men, we do what is best for us and we decided this would be the best option.

 M0o, you can't have lost 30-35 ships to us simply because you're stoo scared to attack us anymore. For two weeks we havnt seen any of you near curse space, and the ones we did see we destroyed. Oh and we'd want 20 billion, no wait 40 billion.
