Cataclysm Enterprises who are still part of TPA (The Pheonix Alliance) are pirates. The have been repeatedly shooting down allied ships in the region with claims that they made a mistake (Happened to my Alliance 2ce).
Personally I have a vendetta against them because they shot me down in my own region. They claimed that I was a pirate and that if I can prove otherwise they would return my valuables that they L0073d from me (Around 300 million worth in minerals, excluding implants and a Battleship with mods)(omgwtfpwned).
I asked then if Galavet (CEO RKK) would be sufficient proof of this...he (Hyop) said yes. I invited Galavet to the convo and he confirmed everything for me. After Galavet left the convo, Hyop changed feet and said he will have to take a corp vote on the subject first and will get back to me the following day.
At this stage I became very suspect of anything that they said to me.
The next day I followed through with formality and convo'd him again... his first words were...Sorry to inform you...
His explanation as to why they decided to keep my minerals:

The convo terminated at this point, and I immediately got hold of Raven DeBlade of Bladerunners. Bladerunners are a highly respected anti-pirate corp and are also considered a top PvP corp.
I told Raven DeBlade of my plight and his response was "Hyop sounds retarded" - I fully agree.
I asked Raven to look into the matter for me as CE are supposed to comply with TPA code and they have most certainly not done so.
The next day I convo'd Hyop again to ask him again for my positions back.

Paul, we had an incident with these guys this week. They seem to be a law among themselves. Shooting who ever they feel they want to. For a once respected anti-pirate alliance I am surprised the PA has allowed these guys fly under their flag. Our incident was resolved after we went give them some RKK loving.

I can confirm CE killed one of our Scorpions and podded the pilot. Reason was they did not like the pilot.
Since they did not feel like paying up we naturally had to go extract teh cash by force. In pure poetic justice styule we killed and podded the pilot that laide the final blow to our pilots pod.
Their loss was a Megathron with nice stuff such as XL-C5, 425mm Proto's and tech 2 mods. Not bad for a scorpion and a clone. An Interceptor and its pilot was later terminated aswell.
That matter is now resolved.

That really sucks Paul, sounds like the work of amateur pirate hunters with itchy trigger fingers, perhaps Halseth
can give an official response to the PA's stance on this corporations misconduct and what they intend to do about it?

I intentionally edited the chatlog, as I did not want to bore everyone with the pages and pages of drivel that occured as a result of letting Hyop be an external affairs person.
The facts are:
1. You came into Deklein seeking pirate supporters..apparently. At this time COD was going through a major overhaul. Notice how many actual COD members you saw flying around that day besides me...
2. I proved to you that I am not a pirate. You said that you would return my stuff if I managed to do so. The fact that you havn't puts you in the same classification as pirates...the whole reason I started this thread.
As it now seams that I am speaking to a sane person, I will once again CE to correct your mistakes and return what is rightfully mine. I can understand that you thought I was a pirate/supporter at the time hence I am not asking for a refund of my BS/Implants/Eqip.

Man, your logic is pathetic! He shouldn't have needed warp stabilizers as the area he was traveling through was supposedly being guarded by anti-pirate corps which everyone thought CE was. Had we known ahead of time that CE was a new pirate corp, we would have taken the extra precautions.
Even worse is the double-speak you're tossing around:
"We took your stuff cuz we thought you were a pirate; prove you're not and we'll return it."
"Oh, OK, well, umm, we lost a bunch of ships in our war so even though you're not really a pirate, we're keeping it to replace our losses."
"Oh, wait, no, I'm an idiot... we're actually pirates now. That's it."
That is weak, even for a greedy little lying thief.
