Yes, it is true, Oort is the only guy that has the balls (of steel) to use his Titan. livid spinning devices of locomotion and all that.
I haven't seen a single BoB titan since qy6 fell. SirMolle/Shrike is "on vacation", Orange Species logs in to change skills occasionally, Chowdongs ran off and is huddling in the corner with 10-15 "elite" PvPers trying to bring back the past, and the others were really never online enough to warrant mention.
