The cyno jammer in Tpar was massly over rated, when we were in PB, we regularly turned it off and told MC is was off.. we were busy elsewhere so we couldnt hang about day after day waiting for them to decide to attack, but we did as much as we could to encourage them.

Im just feel very honored being surounded by so many skillfull vocals all over universe...from south till north.
Of for a beer. When i get back i hope to find some authograms on my table...from Scavok especially.
Edit: no need the one from dtee....i have so many autograms of him from the forums its unbeliavable. Till this day i still didnt figure it out, does his words on local/forums bother me more then his voice on TS :/

My opinion is yes. Those with spy eyes on Dice forum seen my opinions allready.
Then again, im one of those loonies that are not often taken seriously.
My opinion is based on my history of meeting different EVE Cultures in the past (my whole EVE life as matter of fact). Then again, 2 major things can influance outcome.
First is well known lag, but the second im more concern about. and that is possible game mechanic changing in near future. Those are very unpredictable allways
