I've been looking the hotkey list for an easy way to activate all weapon modules at once,
since it's annoying to press lots of buttons for every enemy.
Easier way?

use the Logitech G15 macro buttons
that or change all the "activate high slot x" shortcuts to, say, F1

Unfortunately it says the button is already reserved and therefore cannot be set.
And since I don't have the uber-keyboard, I have to press a thousand buttons to open fire with all I got?

Also note you have 8 fingers (+2 thumbs unless you've had an unfortunate accident)

... but that means taking my hand off the mouse...
and many keyboards only recognise like 2/3 simultaneous key presses

Although I sometimes like to stagger my weapon activation, but with 54 macro keys, I can set keys for that too.

Run weapons hot.
Before you target anything, click on all of your weapons so they're flashing. When you target something, as soon as the lock finishes all weapons will activate on the target.

Careful doing this if you're in a gang with a repairer/logistics guy. Auto-target back plus the above technique can result in disaster.

Time it takes the ship to lock something is always greater than 0 seconds (and lag will only make this longer); use that time to activate guns/mods - when lock is complete all queued gun/module activations hit in instantly.
You can also move (drag&drop) modules in the ship control panel to better suit your playing style (like if you use scrambler+mwd a lot, move the to top-row F1/F2 maybe; guns to F3-F8?)
PS. auto target back = 0 ;)

only works if your keyboard recognises 8 simultaneous key presses, otherwise only 2 or 3 guns will activate. also creates a problem if you dont want to activate all your high slots
