I personaly find asymetric ships generaly more esteticly appealing than symetric ships.
Caldarian ships in general tend to have more medium slots, some thing I find very atractive from a ship fitting point of view.

but dose it have to be painfull to look at your ship?
I got a MOA and I just canŠt look at it any more, its hideous!

imo amarr cruisers are butt ugliest of the bunch, i refuse to ever fly one(which REALLY sux since I luv energy weapons, I'm too lazy to lug ammo around with me and refuse to use missles for the same reason) The best looking by far is the thorax! yea baby ;) Then the rupture followed by the moa which i don't think is really "ugly", I just think the caldari engineer was tripping out when he designed it...
