You are aware this is an unscheduled extended downtime to fix a problem from yesterday's patch right? Can hardly give you a week's notice on that can they....
Besides, could be worse, you could have your main banned from the phishing crap last week, and have another day of GMs looking at patch stuff instead of unbanning it.
Bloody whiners. Whine you've something to whine about.

There's still no Mac client stability fix in this patch. How's that? :p
That's whine worthy. Moaning about an extra extended DT to correct something is not.

Aw shame. I've had 2 days of skilling missed now to someone being malicious resulting in my account being banned. So, frankly, jog on.

Read my words again. I am not moaning about the downtime - I'm frustrated that we don't seem to be getting any kind of obvious warnings that stop us from getting stuck with skill changes (re: that thread I linked to)
Only the MOTD, news item, and forum thread. Maybe they should have invented telepathy and beamed it into your head....

No, don't be stupid. That's not really a constructive comment.
Neither is something as stupid as "they should have done it right in the first place". Yes they should, but you're now complaining about them FIXING it.
