i don't know about the "cartel" but they are a gang of not so strong pilots that have to gang to be any real force.
without 8 of them blockin jump-in points they can't do squat. take a frigate and fly right on by.
they like hanging out in misaba and R3 the first real 0.0 out there.
on the weekends if you notice pod kills they are usually the ones killing in R3. They are a bunch of chumps with 3 month old characters that gotta gang to fight.......can't fight one on one and they like to set up there for close range gate bashing.
they fly up to kador prime and amarr sometimes but mostly out around misaba being they aren't strong enough to go hold some real space.
They just a bunch of chump low skill trained gate terrorists, they don't ransome no one the shoot on site.

I do and beleave me that the last month and a half was all training to exploit those flaws and i'm going to use those flaws to sit and pop pop pop.

Keep training boyz, 10 mill skillpoints and climbing, just a couple more 5's and we'll be seeing you all in R3.

well x'alor there are alot of things i can say to you but i am not going to come down to your level, and you can say what you will to me or anyother member of SC in here but in the game is where you really prove what kind of a player you really are. Targa asked a simple question, who we are and if we are pirates, not what everyone thinks of us. so if you cant stick to the subject then dont respond, and i could care less what anyone thinks of the Soul Cartel and who or what you think we really are.

Not sure about most of the Soul Cartel, but Vatos Locos seems to be wannabe pirates. They tried to cause us problems for a while. They never seem to stay around when we stumble across them anymore. Strange.
