hey what mission is shaqil found in? i do mostly pvp so i am unaware about mission running

Shaqil is an officer spawn, a 1 in a 10,000 chance belt spawn in NPC owned 0.0 space. I forget which pirate faction (and thus which corner of 0.0) he belongs to though.

if that would be true there would be many more shaqiul's items on market.
anyway, it's part of amarr low sec cosmos, and even when you try to do that mission there is still 50-50 chance for him to spawn.
but if he spawns you get 3 overseers (2 BSs, 1 structure) in last part of that mission.

Hm. Guess I don't know everything. =P
I just made the crude assumption that since he drops officer modules, he's a belt spawning officer, and not a spawn from a lowsec COSMOS mission.

He drops a tag and a named cosmos hardwiring. Not really officer loot.
But Asteriasis is correct, he spawns in the 8/8 second room of the amarr lowsec cosmos if one is lucky.

They don't actually exist, they might be in EFT or the database but they have not been seeded ingame.
Best you can get is Draclira's/Chelm's EANM.

Personally, he spawned and I killed him.
