Hi all! I wonder if there is any compiled unofficial list of what we may see in time to come? I read dev blogs but mostly it's not really so solid. What i know is that "Ambulation" - Walk in station is the biggest thing for many.. What else is there? Friend of mine said something about T2 battlecruisers and another was talking about T3 stuff.. I'm sure I have missed out and that there's probably a list on the site, but I often have a hard time of finding stuff  .. Also when searching on the site I never know what to search for .. Hm. So tell me stuff! I am about 4 months old and have only touched the surface of eve, but I want to know anyway.. 
Also there will be fixes for the mac client stability next patch, that's a big thing for me. Currently reboot into windows to play eve, but I like OSX so much so it makes me sad in my eye to be in windows.

-on the client download page I see a mac client, Im a mac neophyte so perhaps you know something I don't about it
-we already have t2 battlecruisers
-t3 is probably not even in concept, all we have is a screenshot of a hypothetical t3 item and some rhetoric about how its related to heat--won't happen in the next year
-the ultimate eve vapourware is planetary flight
-we have a page in the patch notes section dedicated to coming attractions but ironically it too is wildly dated--unlike Wow, Eve has terrible documentation and feature tracking, item db for example is out of date as we speak.

have you watched the fanfest videos on eve-tv?
there is planetary combat (they already have 3D models)
like tanks and jets.
Tech three is talked about in the fanfest video about heat.
It is stated that tech 3 will a sort of tech 1.5, not as strong as tech 2 but better than tech 1 untill you overheat it in which case it will become awesome ownage until it breaks or you turn it off.
we have tech 2 battle cruisers :P
we'll never get the final ammar frigate and thus we will never get the other ships scanning frigates tech 2 hulls :(
and lets hope they get the mac version to run smooth soon :)
also it mnight come out on steam.. I thkn it might of been a lie to just get people to go the eve site as it's been over a month.

Oh yes my bad about the T2 bs they do exist.. I was a bit single minded about that since I love my drake so much there's no t2 drake, hehe. I will check out EVE-TV.. Thank you for answers! |
