Ok assuming bob swurvives the onslaught and defends their trritory they are never going to be as mighty as the legends in their own minds that they were.
First of all they have lost the illusion that they are invincable and secondly I don't believe they will ever be able to rent out any space again, I know for sure i wouldn't want them as my landlords, they ran at the first sign of real building inspectors showing up,
And as bob stated repeatedly MC was not their pet, but that MC was a favored contractor for them, So I guess bob decided that they didn't want to pay enough for the right to contract MC not to attack them, thats what happens when you have hired help and not loyal friends.
As far as first targets they really have no options anymore , they have been w holed up and put in a corner , and while they are a fine fighting force they really have made a fine lumpy bed, now further regarding targets since the coalition has backed them into a hole , and since it would be resonable to believe bob is fighting as hard as they can to maintain the stuff thay have , how could you imagine them going out on a campaign to attack those they view as aggressors when they have been run back to their few systems.
As far as bob disbanding I believe it's possible ,however they might just become the punching bag of eve and nothing wrong with that as they acted like eve was their punching bag.
Nothing wrong with bob haveing the omega role in eve, everyone who wants to pvp goes to delve and shoots bob, kinda like the biker bar in most major population areas you go there to fight some tough guys , you might get your ass kicked but you know where to go for a good fight and if you win you can smile (sans teeth) and be proud of your ability to be a fighter.
Personally I think bob might like the role of eve punching bag ,they have on thousands of occasions said "bring it on" so i thinkj bob should just decalere themselves eve's punching bag give up pos'ing and 0 space domination delusions and accept their new role w open arms

Goons are a bit to obvious in the " every alt on CAOD is a bob one campaign".
Also you missed captain thunk being a goon alt.
Thnx
you are wrong about this Thol.
as i already mentioned thunkie is my mining alt :D
on a more serious note, he is not goon alt, thats his main, and his other accs are not in goonswarm either.

BoB will surely win the fight for Delve , I think that's clear enough. As regarding their first target after cleansing Delve of Coalition characters , I also think it will be MC (most of people think the same). And they deserve it all the way...(again , most of people seem to think alike). And yes , BoB will easily take Period Basis and Querious back...and fast...as long as they keep the same spirit of the past 2-3 weeks.
The real problem BoB will have to confront is what will happen AFTER they've kicked MC/Tortuga! That is because the Coalition already achieved 1 major goal : they succeeded in destroying BoB's "INVINCIBLE" mask/image!They actually destroyed the GBC (Greater BoB Community)...the Community where EVERYBODY in EvE at some point dreamt to be a member of! Without that , no matter how good they are on the battlefield, they will no longer be the INVINCIBLE Alliance BoB...they will only remain as BoB - the most powerful alliance in EvE , but not the old , FEARED , BoB...or let's say they will never ever be again SirMolle's BoB! My bet is that the original Brothers will ,at that moment , leave this game! Only then BoB will become a regular Alliance or disband!
Just my 5 cents!

All these what if! threads all the time with bob v goon it is getting boring. These to me are the 4 main outcomes: 1. Bob Wins 2. Coalition Wins 3. Coalition Gives up 4. Bob gives up
Everything else is a sub thread of those arguments. Maybe bob stays in stations maybe bob splits up. Maybe the coalition start attacking itself maybe we will figure out the answer to life the universe and everything.
Does it really matter, how about we just let it play out and see what happens?

Its a fair point. I can't imagine Molle being happy joining an alliance on the bottom rung again, after having been Lord of All EVE for a fair spell. Maybe he would though. Or maybe he'd start a new organisation. Or maybe he'd just quit. ------

As an observer, having experience within BoB's Fleets fighting goons, and witnessing the destruction of shrike
The Loss of Territory does not equal defeat,
In concept whats keeping BoB together is having the entire alliance concentrated in and around Delve, for logistic support and defenses purposes it is amazingly efficient
I'm not forgetting their fleets are highly well trained
BoB still controls a very powerful capital ship fleet and titans relative to their territory size.
I believe in my own opinion, BoB's decline we witnessed was due to their overextension and over-reliance on either underexperienced or outnumbered alliances that were in charge of maintaining BoB space.
With this in mind, BoB will recapture atleast all of the south west side of 0.0 territory
BoB is definitely not gone, even if delve was captured, that does not mean BoB would run out of steam
But i think the Hit list will probably include MC, to their usual list of NBSI

Originally by: Captain Thunk BoB has already been destroyed. Regardless of how many join up or how big the alliance is everything it ever was has been torn apart and utterly destroyed.
The perceptions people had of BoB at the beginning have been utterly turned around, mainly from their own doing. You know what I mean, things like sacrificing pets at the first opportunity while still trying to play the e-honour card, trying to pass the whole shebang as part of a BBQ Masterplan as well as countless other embarrassing blunders by the forum posting clunk squad. I'm not even going to mention cheating allegations as CCP doesn't like to be reminded.
Then you have BoBs achievements which include: Probably the most lost regions for an alliance First Titan lost that had a pilot online from beginning to end of its demise Worst ally retention ratio ever Most CAOD forum posting alts expressing a "neutral insight into what's going on"
Plus DICE has the best K:D ratio in the alliance which says a lot for the change regarding the 'core' of it's playerbase.
So the BoB that built up it's reputation is well and truly long gone, will be interesting to see if those clinging to the old memory can outlast the coalitions resolve in Delve.
Thunk
I assured you BOB is anything but destroyed. In fact, we tend to get pwnd alot down there. The first step to winning a war is not to write our opponent off. Per Ardua ad Astra - Through Adversity, to the Stars
