Hi,
I can find the sites no probs but have never tried to actually 'do' one.
what ship would people recommend for the magneto or radar sites?
I am assuming I find them in a cov op and then come back in something else to 'do' them

Something with a good tank and enough free slots to put the site mods in... My mate runs them in a HIC or HAC although for the tougher sites this won't be enough. You'll have to watch out for being jammed though.
Having a second account/mate that can remote rep or run the site while you/your mate tanks is another option.

I think Dominix is best. Has a very big cap stable tank and range doesn't matter.

thanks for the replies, I just had no idea of how strong a tank I would need. I like the domi as I fly it often, prob something like
High - whatever, large neut in case of visitors
Mid - cap booster, analyser/codebreaker, cap mods
low 4 TII rat hardeners, 2 larII, DCUII,
need rigs or will that be enough tank?
If rigs prob armour rep amount and duration
**** load of cap charges and a load of tII drones
sound about right or do I need more tank than that?

I went into a site in 0.3, and would NEVER EVER had made it without 2 guys remote repping me.
Don't flame me for my weapons it :P My character is 5 months old, and I focussed on tanking first, so the DPS isn't too good yet (getting there though).
Best thing : Scan the site, then look at the objects in that space, and decide if you need to tank it, and if you need backup. Above mission had 100+ astroids with hedberg/hemorph , but mining barges couldnt get through the gate :P I still curse at CCP for this :)
