My response, this is a frackin PVP game, CCP promotes large fleet battles which dont fracking work then when it happens we get nothing back due to absolute crap service and logs that show you jumped into a system and thats it...
Err, eve does have one of the largest pvp battle environment on the mmo market, sure it's not as large as you might want, but battles with 50vs50 are almost unheard of in other games.
Get some perspective before you complain not being able to have 500vs500 battles, and you should know that once you get 500vs500 running you will be complaining not being able to have 750vs750, do you know what this makes you? A whiner.. yep, I said it..

My point is specifically aimed at the PVP aspect, not your piece of crap POS which you couldnt unanchor ffs!

Anyhow, Pvp is good in eve. Just let the 0.0 blobbers do their thing. Look at killboards. One side brings 500 to a battle, all mostly crap ships, t1 fitted with cheapist modules. Another side brings 100 or so mostly t2 fitted with best modules.
And look that the people whining - the 500 lose to the 100 and then they moan about lag.
Here is solution to lag
Insted of sending 500 t1 crap fitted, send equal numbers of high quality ships and setups. Then send another group. When that group dies, send another group. Repeat until someone wins
But that involves brain power and risk. Why the heck should CCp refund people who knowingly take more numbers than the server can handle?
Fewer number and more high quality ships get the job done. Insted of taking 5 groups of 100 high quality ships, you take 1 group of 500 crappy useless ships as the only way you can win is if the server lags the other side out.
This is NOT CCP's fault. This is the players taking the mickey. If all eves 33,000 logged in subsribers used noobships to attack 100 t2 fitted, then it is not CCP's fault - it is players fault for being to coward to use high quality ships.

So could you elaborate on what exact pvp scenarios are not getting their due support from the GM's? And how specifically that lack of attention is resulting in CCP failing All their customers like you suggest in your title?

Dont be so presumptous little one, i am 'a' customer, my friends are 'customers' hence 'CCP are failing their customers' since we are customers, but it goes further than this.
Basically, you jump into a fleet battle, or you are in a fleet battle, you either get a slide-show or you get a black screen.
If you get a black screen you dont get your ship back, people are now just not even bothering with a petition because of this absolutley poor service. This should not be the aim for the customer service team, they should encourage people to submit petitions not give the same response to every petition filed.

The whole idea of 'logs' in this game is a fracking sham.
It's just an excuse they use.
Personally I don't get it... but I am not on the other side of the fence.
Proof means nothing to them even when you have it.
The 'logs' must show it... but these elusive logs I would be willing to bet probably DO NOT EXIST IN THE FIRST PLACE
Why?
Know how much data this thing spits out at the server end to just 'throw' into a logfile?

Ask to see a copy or excerpt of these alleged logs sometime and see what happens.
