Having played Eve for just over 2 years now, IÆve been looking back at my gaming experience and would consider the following to be the most memorable moments-
Completing all the tutorial missions and gaining my first implant.
Joining my first player corporation
Being able to afford my first destroyer, then cruiser, then battlecruiser, then battleship.
Losing my first ship on a mission (Cormorant soloing level 1 æWorlds CollideÆ)
Losing my first ship to a player (My Ferox being jumped by a Megathron in Otsasai)
Completing my first solo level 4 mission
Helping form an Alliance.
Going to low sec and taking down my first player ship (A Crusader taken down by my Drake, which I subsequently lost when my opponents friends turned up!)
Moving to 0.0 space and surviving!
Finding my first Dread GuristaÆs battleship whilst belt ratting and getting faction loot
Taking part in my first fleet battle.
I suspect that my experiences are fairly typical, what were other peoples experiences?

hmmm...
Losing my first brutix, which had saved for a week to get the isk for, the same day I got it.
The change of drone interfacing from +1 drone to 20% damage per level, while i was at 85% to level 5.
My first ship kill, an accident which me and my buddy were testing and he didnt quite make it out.
The very first time I Pvp'd, and how my heart was about to beat out of my chest.
When I realized that this game actually has morals that you have to deal with. Which really isnt that much of a big deal anymore.

Before I (legally) sold my first character Thomas Maleficus, I was participating in an event and got to scoop and keep for a while the corpse of notorious NPC freedom fighter, Karishal Muritor. Good times. The I gave it to the Ushra Khan after struggling with the idea of selling it to the CVA for lots of isk and deciding they might not play along with that idea or they may not give me much at all to make losing some ingame buds worth it.

Was doing some logistics moving a ship accross the universe, in one system i stopped in I had a local pirate trying to greif me...
I then proceeded to cyno in a Titan on the station, his reaction was nothing short of golden.

Every time I make a nifty move in my inty and either manage to get a missile to impact, or get a point on the target due to some nice manual piloting. The adrenaline rush you get when your being a forward scout and happen on a couple BS trying to get out and manage to lock one down and not get hit while your force jumps in is better than any other in gaming!
Edit: This has to be the 99999^9999 thread like this I've posted in lol, making me feel old

One fight I'll remember as long as I play EVE....
It was in Jita (no less) before they removed the 'roid belts. I was in my battle-badger on another character, looking for 'cans to steal from and hopefully aggro their owner so I could kill them 
I happened upon another player with the same idea who'd just emptied the can of a noob and replaced it with his own (with the noob's ore in it). Now I didn't steal from anyone younger than a month and this was a 2 day player the other pilot was harrassing so I thought "WTH" and removed the ore from the can.
Predictable result. He locked my poor little Badger in his close-range fitted cruiser and started shooting. However, he hadn't really counted on what I did next :-)
First, lock him.
Second, scram/web/nos/shoot and approach him.
Third, put multispec jammers on him (was before the nerf).
Fourth, start armor repper and cap booster.
The battle went back and forth since whenever I missed a jam cycle he'd bite deep into my HP's. I was slowly killing him however, but just before he died (about 10% structure) I missed a jam cycle and he managed to jam me and escape 
Even without a kill, that was the best fight I've ever been in in my time in EVE, and I have around 700 kills on different characters. He sent me a mail after the fight just saying "Wicked fight, mate!" and I replied in kind.

Single handedly turning Oursulaert into a bright reb blob on the Ships killed map.
When I started playing you could buy an Incursus frigate and insure it for less than 180K ISK. Insurance payout is 220K. You should be able to figure out the rest.
I went through about a hundred ships in little more than 2 hours.

Before this character I played the trial for 2 weeks as a Caldari character (they looked cool okay) so most of these are from the trial.
Seeing my mate's domi while in a frig, surprisingly scary sight for a noob on their first day to fly really close to one.
My first Caracal, I though I hit the bigtime.
My first CONCORDOKKEN in said cara 2 hours later.
My first accidental can flip (I thought jet cans meant people wanted you to take it)
Last memorable thing I did on the trial was use 2 blasters and 2 light drones on my second cara, guess what made me go gallente?
Memorable stuff on this dude.
My first bit of RP banter with Verone about dealing with the loss of crew on my catalyst.
My first PvP fight, was me in an incursus against a ratting Moa somehow I won and podded him. 
Seeing the EvE gate
Seeing the latest trinity trailer and cursing my computer for not showing premium graphics.

Camping the Sendaya gate in Doril with a bunch of sniping BS's and have them all wiped out by a gang of 50 Triumvirate, never new how good Nano setups were until then...

I did a player created courier mission (with the old courier system) in my very first days for a reward of 100k and after completing I received a mail from the mission issuer with the content: "Thank you for your time!"

-Getting my first "real" ship, a Bantam sold really cheap
-Zooming across New Eden in my Condor to join my first corp.
-Finding missiles awesome, and thus upgrading to the Kestrel
-Corp op in some highlevel mission, of all the recruits, my Kestrel was the only one to survive... Course the CEO did most of the work in his BS
-Logging in the next day finding the CEO had split with all the assets (he owned everything, but at least he could leave a message lol)
-Getting recruited into my second corp, DA :D
-One volleyed by DA member who promised not to kill meh ... :(
-Upgraded to Caracal!
-Getting jumped by same solopirate while ratting with friends, solopirate killz friends. I barely escape alive...
-First PvP op in Seyllin, got final shot on a T2 frig :D
-Raping a Brutix in my Caracal solo :)
-Having fun with 2 frigs in my Caracal. Chatted with them for a while after destroying them, but shoulda warped away lol. Got jumped by a sniping amarr BS who left me screaming with 2%hull left. The pods of the frigpilots weren't that lucky :(
-Upgrading to Drake (Ferox wasnt that memorable, even if I did have some success soloing in it...)
-Soloing 1 Myrmidon and 1 Hurricane in my Drake. Ransomed both.
-Soloing 1 Enyo and 1 Harpy. Ransomed Harpy when Enyo ran away.
-Going afk in Ane (0.3) while it was empty (it was always empty back then, 24/7.) Came back and was podded by a blob travelling through. (Drake worth 200mill in equipment and rigs, OUCH)
...
...
And thats it, yeah its alot, but considering that it's a very long time since the last event unfolded,... Eve just got more boring after a while. Oh ya, Created my own corp.

Starting with ~90K SP, it was better money than mining or mission running (level 1's) 
Paid for my first set of +1 implants that way.
As an added bonus, some guy donated an extra mil to help me out after finding out why I kept undocking to face down the sentry guns in an unarmed frigate.

1) "upgrading" to rifter (blaster slasher had a questionable effectiveness) and admiring it fly around for a few days.
2) Losing said rifter to angel cruisers in my first lowsec expedition (helped by a generous NPC corp "teacher")
3) Losing another rifter along with 2 other newbie rifters I ganged with in 0.0 to an INFOD crow. We were trying to bring the fight to them but didn't quite have the coordination needed to succeed.
4) Last days of can baiting in highsec , toying around with an armed mining scythe who tried to catch my hauler. Ganging with another highsec pirate to kill it , looting his stuff in front of the pod.
5) Getting a free vaga on the market , receiving epic hatemail. Felt even better than when I got a free obelisk.
6) First week of real piracy , ransoming stuff. Nothing like feeling the yarr growing !
7) Mega being chased by rival pirates , jumping into a +sec camp and being shot by both. Jumping out in structure and surviving.
8) Probing the first carrier I'd help kill. It was during the golden age of the heimatar outlaw confederacy , our epeen fleet at its highest.
9) First week of fight against the Orfrold farmers , sacrificing my sniper mega to kill 2 of their BS. Creating Metafarmers shortly after.
10) Missing my corp's first CNR & Moros kills. Emo tears.

It was a multiple hour long Cyno-jammer siege that i got on about 12 killmails and too out the cyno jammer and managed to stay alive for. It was a great feeling sometimes having an A name sucks hard.
