Hexxx Minmatar	Posted - 2008.02.29 23:34:00 - [1] Hey guys, I used to run a few Trading Workshops. Had a few people show up, everyone learned alot and generally had a good time. I'd like to get a feel for what kind of demand there is for me running one of these...I don't have alot of time these days and honestly to make this worth it I'd need at least 7 people that are definintly confirmed to making it. I'm not going to post a date right now, but if you are more than just interested and really WANT to attend one of these, do let me know along with what time/day of the week works best. The format is as such: 1st hour - Panel discussion on trading in general + Concepts of trading + Trading mindsets + Common Techniques + How to use the market tools in EVE + How to use the market tools out of EVE 2nd Hour - Panel discussion on IPO's + IPO's from the investors point of view + IPO's from the IPO manager point of view - Question & Answer It will most likely be run on EBANK's TeamSpeak server. Two hours may seem like a lot, but we were barely able to cover trading in general within this time period during the last workshop. We'll need to keep a closer eye on the time this time around. David Pryde	Posted - 2008.02.29 23:54:00 - [3] Hello Mr. Hexxx, I am pleased to hear of such an event and would love to put my name down as someone VERY interested in this event and learning more on this aspect of Eve. I have been playing for a year now and everyday my eyes are opened to how much there is to do in Eve. My eyes have recently opened up to the market of trading, but not much, and for that reason I want to learn more. Now days, I have been reading the MD forums to try and get a grasp on trading before I take the plunge (this being my first post on MD and any Eve forum for that matter). I understand the busy life (we all have them) and before I fully commit I need to know a date. I hope it will be a Saturday but certain times Friday and Sunday work just fine as well. I look forward to following this topic. Thank you for your time and your consideration in doing such an event as this.

I can at least speak with some authority on moon mining and reacting if it comes up. I'm generally free from 16:00-22:00 EST Fridays and 8:00-22:00 Saturdays. I have downloaded countless programs and traveled all over, downloading a hundred marketlogs and taking pages of notes for hours on end - trying to find markets that won't close 24 hours after I enter them. My main ratted his way to 750M and I traded up past 1B. A costly 0 sec war has wiped many of my trading gains and I am stuck at an intractable point in EVE, in terms of making better profits. As strange as it sounds to hear a person with a billion say it, I don't know how much farther I can go in EVE. I am utterly lost as to how you make good returns past 1B - and the costly ship losses never allow me to get further ahead. Making 50-80M, babysitting countless daytrades, per week just won't cut it anymore... -- Freya Dawn --
