Two questions really:
evefiles lists all drone region systems as 0.0 and has not been updated at all, i don't believe this data is correct, since i have noticed variations in prominent spawns in different systems, though, i am always open to the possibility that ccp made the drone regions worse than i had previously imagined.
Thus; does anybody know of an up to date true-sec map they're willing to share.

could you link to evefiles link? I very much doubt it is wrong as it likely comes from the official data dump and the spawns may be randomly selected from a spectrum of choices
you could use fluidorbit but it doesn't have drone regions, simon illian's eve.gallop-spatial was the other site that had a nice planner but the map explorer seems to be down, Ombey's maps don't list true sec unfortunately, those are the only ones that come to mind--alternatively you could try buying serenity steele's map book :(
and ultimately yes, the drone regions are a headache

Ombeys maps do list true sec. For example Q-VT is -9.4

For the record, they do: non Drones regions since Apr 2006, and Drone regions since v3.40

It comes from the Eve Database Export.
