FYI, I used this thread as a basic template for my request.
Loan Terms
24% interest plus the loan sum to be repaid to you 3 months after the total capital is raised.
Those who wish to remain anonymous can send me an eve-mail with requests. I would prefer for most of the dealings to take place in this thread.
Restrictions on investment
Isk lent must be in whole millions (offers will be rounded down and isk refunded if not followed).
There is no maximum amount of isk a single individual can lend up to the 5 billion requested but there is a minimum of 100 million.
What will you use the isk for?
The isk will be used to cover a recent "run" on my low sec division where I actually had 4 low sec orders where deposits were paid(and fuel purchased by me) but circumstances arised that have caused those customers to have to spread their payments(and me spread their deliveries) out across 4 weeks. Basically, a lot of my isk is tied up in fuel that is being delivered but that will take 4 weeks to be fully delivered/paid for. You can find more information regarding that service HERE.
Is this a scam?
Please see my previous Loan which was recently repaid. I repaid the previous loan a week early so I could get this one going in order to continue my delivery services.
My employment history shows that I do not corp hop and have never been involved in any operations other than those related to the "carebear" way. I do, however, infrequently compete in market PVP but only when I know I can win.
My character currently has over 36 mil SP, putting its isk value at many times the value of this venture. As to my name, it was changed shortly after I started playing eve over 2 years ago. Originally it was NAMBLA, which I got from the tv show called "South Park". In the TV show they referenced "North American Marlon Brando Look Alikes" which is where I got the name. In real life there is an organization called "North American Man Boy Love Association", which I am currently not nor have I ever been a member. Someone had a problem with it, petitioned, and here I am today, 155.
Assets
My current assets include various ships(capital, t1, t2) that I generally use for deliveries as well as some other oods and ends such as bpo's and mods.
Securities
Because most of my assets are used to make these fuel deliveries I would not be able to 100% secure this investment but would be willing to provide a Chimera BPO (ME+2), two Centus X-Type armor hardeners (1 kinetic, 1 thermic) and one Core X-Type Armor Hardener (EM) to a trusted third party. In my previous loan I used Hexxx and if he doesn't have an issue with this I would be willing to use him again or another trusted 3rd party. No need to bark in this thread about my level of security, if you don't trust me then don't invest. I feel my history and my reputation speak for themselves.
Why have you offered this to the public?
I enjoyed my last publicd loan offering and wanted to give another stab at it. Also see above section "What will you use the isk for?"
How to Invest
DO NOT SEND ME ISK RIGHT NOW!!!!! Please post in this thread (or evemail me if you wish to remain anonymous) with the amount you would like to reserve. I will confirm the amounts and investors and post updates to this thread regarding the status of the funding and when to send isk. All isk will be sent to this character, Amarr Citizen 155.

EBANK could have funded your loan at much better rates than your are offering (well, not better, but over the 3 months period your debt repayment would result in far lower overall interest paid).
Let me know if you want to take us up on the offer and we can chat ingame. I have a sneaking suspicion you are kinda enjoying the public aspect of this sort of thing hence your likely denial of my request

It looks as though the 5 billion has all be reserved. I have sent Hexxx an evemail and assuming he is ok with being the trusted third party we should be able to get this started very soon. He still holds the collateral from my last loan so one way or another I'll have to make contact to get this going. I will post updates to this thread as we move forward.

I do buissnes with this guy for my POS network, i saw his last loan request and i have to say if he had told me isk was a problem i would have likely fronted him the whole 5bill for that return rate, however i get the feeling his profit margins are largly based on the profits he makes off selling fuel to me coz im lazy so :P Not sure how that would work, but in anycase, give me a shout next time you need capital for one of these things.

Just wanted to post an update. The collateral I listed in the securities section has been handed over to Hexxx. He should be posting here soon to confirm. If you'd like to go ahead and begin sending isk to this character that would be great but if you'd like to wait until Hexxx posts to confirm that is fine also.

I am closing this loan early and will be transferring the original loan amount plus 24% as agreed. I think the investors will be satisfied with a 24% return for 44 days invested.
I'd like to keep my reasons quiet for ending this early pending a future announcement.
