I needed to buy a hauler recently to ship all my phat lewt from low sec to put on the market, so I bought a Wreathe. After trying to use it for other stuff, I realised it was a good starter ship but wasn't really much use for any serious hauling. I don't yet have the skillz to go for a Mammoth and I am not sure I really need to just yet. So I want to find out what is the optimum set-up for general use/hauling. I currently use:
High:
Small Knave Energy Drain (just to fill the slot - is there anything worth putting in there?)
Mids:
Medium Supplementary Barrier Field (Shield Extender)
Medium Shield Extender
Invulnerability Field
Lows:
Cargo Extender I
2 x Warp Core Stabilisers
In the cargo hold I also carry 2 more Cargo Extenders and another WCS. With this set up and my current skills I can haul between 5865m3 with a strength 3 stable warp core and 9600m3 and no warp core stabilisation, depending on the job/security rating of the area. I don't see the need just yet for fitting nanos or overdrives since I don't spend a lot of time travelling in free-space - I never autopilot and always Jump to 0m.
Anybody got any suggestions for improvements, or like to point out something that I may not have thought about?

I always like to put cloaks on my haulers.
Mids:
Shield extenders, or shield resistance amplifiers. Maybe a 10mn Afterburner.
Lows:
Nanofibers or expanders.
WOuldn't bother with WCS as heavy interdictors are far too common these days.

I would plan on skilling up Industrial 5 so that you can use Blockade Runners. Theyre specifically intended for running the gauntlet in low sec.
