Ah yes, the glorious smooth performance of WoW, I remember that. Whole continents crashing whenever they tried to stage a world event...getting trapped in the Ironforge sewers for an hour because it was so laggy at peaktime that you couldn't avoid them and couldn't make your character climb the narrow ramp out...wiping on the first boss in Blackwing Lair night after night because they'd designed it vertically, using a system designed to optimise spawns horizontally, making anyone playing on a minimum-spec computer utterly useless in there...

The only times I have experienced serious lag are in Jita and in fleet battles. But you expect it in fleet battles and you expect in market hubs.
