Sorry, but after playing WOW I expect a decent experience. Having to wait half an hour for my ship to dock is not funny.
Think I'm cancelling my subscription.
Its just not playable.

Right. First. Get out of Jita. I am sure you are in Jita or a different crowded System.
i have played for 2.5 years now, and have never been affected by lag that much. Unless I have been in Jita or participated in fleet battles. In any other situation, I have been fine. And so should you be - IF - you use your head!
And yes! The game is very much playable!
