No he hasnt flown the Tempest or any AC ship. This is why he doesnt understand that ACs do about 50% of their paper DPS where as lasers do about 90% of their paper DPS.
He also seems to have the strange idea that ACs have a higher paper DPS than laser which they do not. On top of that lasers have superior range and dont need to reload. Add to that that EM will be the best damage type and thermal the second best after the resistance changes. Amarr were over powered to begin with, after the changes it will be ridiculous.
Obviously you have never flown amarr ships since most Amarr ships do almost 0 DPS due to lack of cap.
If you orbited that apoc with your minmatar typyhoon, and lets saw we webbed your phoon to 20 m/s at 1km distace, 40% of apoc + conflag shots would miss.
BTW - Temptest do 500+ dps with NO damage mods and 6 x 800 II + t2 close range ammo. please do some math cousin. I know that your side of your family has inbreeding, since oyu are but a slave child of a Minmatar concubine. I do not hold it against you cousin, but really, you should learn to do maths.
