Cousin Jonny has brought to my attention the need for these ships to be balanced. In light of Amarr having the two best battleships and soon three best with the Apoc changes, Minmatar need boosting.
What I suggest is +2 turret hard poitns for these ships and a 25% increase to power grid and armour hit points.
IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ME YOU ARE WRONG! (Cousin Jonny told me that if I say this here it proves that I am absolutely correct and anyone who disagrees is totally wrong.)

Why on earth do you think the ruppy and cane needs fixing, they are awesome ships (don't know about tempest tho, never flown or fought one... maybe that is an indication it need boosting tho?)

CCP Please REMOVE the 2 Utility slots from temptest and insted add in 2 turrets. Now you need to make sure that the ships still do same DPS, (which is around 500dps for temptest with no damage mods for 6 guns). I suggest to make Temptest guns firstly use more cap than its current amount (which is 0) and then remove a damage bonus and give it a cap reduction bonus. Tempest will have 8 guns insted of 6, but should be fixed so it does not do more DPS than apoc, wich is of same tier.
A bit like what you did for amarr. Also repeart for other Minmatar Ships.

I am afraid cousin you have got your numbers muddled up again. A Tempest does less tha 500 DPS with 3 tech 2 damage mods fitted. Compared to the totally over powered Amarr battleships that can easily put out over 1000 DPS. Adding two turrets slot so that the Tempest can fit eight turrets COMBINED with my PERFECT solution for balancing laser vs projectiles will enable the Tempest to at least come close to performing as well as the uber Amarr battleships.

Hurricane is fine as it is. Rupture might need a bit love but not +2 turrets .... And tempest is broken, everyone know that. But even one turrent will make it again too good in compare to others, whatever, not so much since tank simply sux like hell. Pavlinka & Pavlinecka

I would be happy with one extra turret slot. However, the way cousin Jonny has taught me I think two would still be preferrable.
Dont forget that this is a game. In games the good guys are supposed to win. Minmatar are the good guys and Amarr are the evil empire. In order for the game to be balanced correctly the good guys should have a a slight advantage. The evil baddies already have their over powered lasers and super tanks without the buffs theyre getting soon. Dont even get me started on the imbalance of cap ships!
Giving these ships an extra couple of turrets and the grid to fit them (oh yeh and dont forget the armour to counter Amarrs uber tanks) would be a step in the right direction.

Sorry I havent intentionally neglected Gallente and Caldari. As a Minmatar I feel I am better positioned to offer solutions for my race in order to counter Jonny's strange ideas of balance.
Obviously if his measures were taken to further over power the Amarrians, it would be necessary to balance/improve your respective races as well as my own.

Also im always wondering why you see alot of geddons as top damage dealers on kills, its clearly lasers are overpowered!

And, because 1+3=928.72, the apoc is clearly too good for long therm engagements, it needs to be rebalanced!

I heard that because Shield usually has around 0% Em resist, and the killmail systems does not take resists into account?
You do need 2 RCU II and 1 PDU II to fit a geddon with 7 tach and a mwd, which is over the top to be honest.

Please dont mock him. Im sure you're all well aware that he has mental problems. On top of that he was abused as a child. The poor soul needs our help not our judgement/anger. It is sad that your ideas offer more rational thinking than his do. Please everyone, do your best to enlighten my poor cousin on the realities of the game and its balance. If we work together we may actually be able to get him to log in a play so he can try it for real. Even if its just on the test server it would be a start.

I fully support this change. Autocannons and minmatar battleships can't get more crappy than they are so maybe this could work out.

hurri ruppie and tempest would clearly need the equivalent of TWELVE turrets to be even remotely useful. we need to counter that fallof damage penalty, you know 
also if you look at it from an rp perspective, the excess recoil energy of the guns should be converted into capacitor.
YES the guns should CREATE cap while firing!
