It would seem to me that what you want is to mine and be able to ignore the world completely. Anyway I don't care. They make prefect targets and would probably do very well for ransoms too. CCP PLZ GIEV

Avoid minmatar. They've been hit nerf after nerf for almost a year now and all that remains of their much touted versatility is split weapon systems which nobody likes. Go for amarr, gallente or caldari.
