Hello, I am a new EVE player and I'm interested in flying a BS, but I'm too poor to mission grind one up. I know there are numerous companies that sell GTC but I am interested in the best deal. My criteria are:
1) Authentic and secure. I know there is one outfit that does a lot of business. Shattered crystal or something?  I've had too much booze and can't recall clearly
2) Doesn't require a phone call to dispense an authentic GTC. This is secondary to security however. I'll gladly wait 7 days for a phone call rather than get ripped off by a clandestine Al-queda site.
So, good people of the EVE universe, can you please recommend a GTC seller to me? For bonus points list whether they require phone confirmation or not, and the average time it takes to get a GTC.

So you want to in general buy a Battleship with real money via trading the GTC for isk  , Thats lame tbh grind it like 98% of the player base do . You wont learn anything just jumping into a Battleship with just enough skills except you will more than likley get WTFBBQ.
I suppose the next one will be a carrier mom or titan bought the same way maks me sad to see.

Cmon, I want to get into a GTCNR like everyone else. I can grind for 50 hours doing L3 missions in EVE or work for 1 hour at my job and pay for a 30 day GTC. So my options are:
1. Pay money to shattered crystal and wait for a phone call
2. ????
3. profit

Shattered Crystal have generally been prety good when I have bought GTC's.
For the first one, I chatted to one of their sales staff on an irc like interface to start with, then recieved the phonecall about 5 min after making an order, and answered some simple geography questions.
Future orders have all had me recieving my GTC's within about 5 min of discovering my subscription had expired and I couldnt log in anymore.
PS: If you just play the game, and develope normally, it will probably be more fun. CNR's with crap skills and equipment do generally get killed then mocked.

Thanks for all the tips, I guess I'll go with Shattered Crystal.
I appreciate the paranoia but I'm not a troll. Obviously an alt, but I'm pretty new to the game and I remember reading a joke thread where GTCNR was the punchline, seemed funny at the time.  |

too cliched to call this "the cancer that is killing eve"?
because, really.. when the "new player" thinks that their first and best option is to turn to the RMT'ers, real money trade Market, (which is what GTC trade is, only in an elaborate form) then there is a Problem with the game, despite the fact that ship prices are Down, training times are often down and isk is easier to trip over then ever.

Now now, let's not get snarky. Guy wanted to know where the best place was to buy GTCs, guy has his info. We don't need to clog up yet another General thread with crap.

FFS the pimply kids in your moms should stop whining that others don't grind the dam* missions for 8 hours a day - some of us have a life - and a family you know.
If a person wants to buy an MS/Titan and blow it up because he doesn't have the l33t skillzor to pilot it, so be it - Its his money. You have the fun blowing it up and he will have the fun trying to dock a wyvern - Win Win!
And fwiw, I pay for my game using isk by buying GTC's - so who will sell me this if everyone goes away
