Notoriety Alliance is a pure PVP alliance seeking to expand our operations and influence in our home region of Syndicate (npc 0.0). To accomplish this we are interviewing euro tz pvp corps to compliment our existing US and Oceanic time zone organizations. We have exclusive control of the TA-A7V constellation, one of the three pipelines into Southern Syndicate, which provides an ample supply of hostiles and targets (as well as some of the best mining and ratting systems in the region). In addition, our operations extend to the south throughout much of low-sec Solitude, and to the north throughout the rest of Southern Syndicate (PF-346 and below), primarily in the constellations 2-M6DE, MK7-AO, and JQV5-9.
What We Offer:
approx 1000 kills/month
Killboard Stats
primarily small gang/skirmish roaming ops, gate camps, mid-sized
fleet ops, cap/super-cap kills with the occasional POS shooting op.
Alliance Forums, killboards, and voice comms (Ventrillo)
access to alliance resources such as;
0.0 ratting/mining/missions
POS/moon mining operations
A simplified alliance tax policy which supports
our pvp profit sharing program and capital ship programs.
We are looking at interviewing several euro corporations interested in joining our team, and we're also interested in speaking with US & AUS/NZ corporations to bolster our mainly PST forces. However the primary goal of this recruitment drive is to recruit a stable pvp corp which will serve as the central core of our euro team, after which we can supplement by recruiting additional euro corps into the alliance as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:
Tight-nit, self sufficient PVP force accustomed to working together as a team in a 0.0 environment
Primarily English speaking corp, which requires voice comms w/ mic
(corps with a contingent of pilots who are bilingual English & French is a bonus, though not required)
Competent FCs and corp leadership
Capable of fielding a variety of gang types based on conditions, with solid (T2) fittings, ranging
from bs heavy gangs, nanophag & counter nanophag, support/ewar, pure damage, low sec gangs, etc
a desire to pvp every day, a distaste for sovereignty mechanics, and a strong dislike of too many blues
*an active member base able to field a 15 to 20 member gangs most days as needed
a competent pvp core capable of solo/small gang kills as well as initiating and leading fights
We won't automatically exclude a corporation based strictly on member size. We estimate applicant corps to be around 40-60 members strong, but will talk with smaller, more active corps as well as larger, less active corps. However, we will expect your pvp contribution to be proportionate to your size. Although highly unlikely, a 15 member corp which sees all of its members online for the same few hours each day would fit the above criteria, but an 80 member corp with only 5 active members each day would not.

Note: We will not be accepting new corporations until after the Alliance Tournament ends next weekend, which gives us time to conduct interviews, answer questions, as well as allow both parties to get a feel for one another.

After a fair amount of time of living in sov based 0.0 and hating having to fuel POSs and fly 20+ jumps for little to no action, the Kudzu Collective set off to Syndicate to return to our roots. Upon our arrival we began flying with NOTR under a tentative NAP. We liked what we saw and enjoyed destroying an intense number of ships. Just one month into our partnership we decided to be part of NOTR. 2 months later I'm happy to say that they are easily the best alliance our Corporation has been a member of.
If you are looking for small gang PVP, there is no better place than Syndicate, and in Syndicate there is no better group of small gang PVPers than NOTR. That said, I think the alliance tourney has shown that we stack up favoringly in EVE as preeminent PVPers. I heavily encourage you to take a look at one of the better young alliances in the game.

after talking with several prospects, it now looks like we just need to round out our time zone coverage. We're now looking to speak with euro/aus/nz corps around 10-20 members with an active pvp membership.
