[1] I have heard that we are able to learn and fly their technology. Please help me out, what is it that I need to do so? If there is a Skill to learn which one is it I would really appreciated..  When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite but I don't waste my breath. |

[5] There are no Jove tech skills other than the ship skills, which is all rank 12 methinks  . Their ship one could dream about to get, no player has ever. Their "tech" would be GMs/devs doing abit of /heal, /tr  . Don't expect to be flying one anytime soon... sorry to disappoint you.Mess with the best, die like the rest  Real men structure tank |

[11] Jove and Polaris ships have required skills (the jove and polaris ship skills obviously), although they are not required to actually fly the ship, if you somehow managed to get your hands on a jove or polaris ship you could fly it in theory, but you'll never get one so don't worry about it. |

(as there has soemitmes been some left in space) the reason the skills are rank 12 is just because they want it to look impossible to ever acheive. the real skills for the jove ships will be like the normal ones, as i have seen the info of a jove battleship INGAME. a certain unamed friend got to get in and look at some stats of many diffrent ships. titans, a jove bs (there are pictures, but are only posted on one, secure site) and the various priate modifications of cruisers. |

[43] Yeah that ship is awesome, but a few months back i had a fight with on at the P3 gate in Obe. I was on a scropion heaily warded, and i must say i owned the laser jovian ship, but i think it cheated, it was down to 30% armor, and in one flash it had 100% shield and armor again, then i called algazara my bud to come and help me, he came we shot the bastard down to 30% again, and it healed to 100% Then all of a sudden me and algazara go down to 50% struckture, armor and shield, dont know if that was a module or a command. But then the jove guy "Veniel" called his bud, a jovian missle bout, and holy mother did that ship own us. But still that was b4 the missle upgrade, dont know what the hell it was using. dont remember the name of the character on the missleboat, "Oria" somthing. Sry i have no screenshots, lost them after my retirement  .But that was pretty fun. -------------------------------------- You mess with me, you mess with YOU! |

[53] . Thought I would fire up this thread again. After looking at the beta evemon skill tree I noticed they have introduced not only the jovian ship skills, but they also dropped in the mobile refinery and factory skills in the industrial tree. My hopes of having a mobile refinery anchoring at the local veldspar field may be getting closer to reality. |

[66] Jove equipment, including ships, is tech 5 - at least. We haven't even finished getting tech 2 yet (no T2 battleships or capitals, for example). Go figure. The devs don't even know what to do with tech 3. If the jump in required skills and in cost is as great as it is for tech 1 to tech 2, then it will take a year to train for a tech 3 frigate, which will cost half a billion - so tech 3 has to be in the direction of greater specialisation and/or customisation, not just more pwnage. God only knows what tech 4 and 5 will bring us. Personally, I suspect that tech 4-5 will never be seen in EVE at all. |

I believe I just read a post last week where they said that Tech 3 is supposed to have less PG and CPU requirements but give less of a bonus. The idea being opposite of Tech 2 which gives better bonus at the expense of higher PG and CPU. |
