Is there any place that has a list of actions considered exploits?
I'm not looking for a detailed description of the exploits, the steps involved, etc. I'm just curious what I want to do is considered an exploit. If it is, then I'll need to change my plan, no big deal.

i am sure if you send a petition asking the GM's if your idea would be an exploit, they will give you a better answer than these forums will.

Take away the risk and it would make flying around in space utterly pointless.
Take away the flying around part and you make EVE into a space themed spreadsheet application. |

And remember to escalate whatever answer you get because it seems that the lower tier gms say something is not an exploit and bam, once it goes out in public some senior gm steps in and says that hey it was an exploit all the time.

The reason you never see such a list is because any open discussion of exploits that are still possible to do in the game is in itself a breach of the rules of conduct. The GM's should give a fair ruling of anything that is though. Some things that are NOT currently an exploit(due to practical reasons or counterbalance):
- Logoffskis
- Jetcan mining
- Lofty scams

Logoffskis: Yes. I think it has mostly to do with them being indistinguishable from linkdeath. They are definetely not intended.
Jetcan mining: Counterbalanced by can flipping/theft. Should that no longer be viable at some point jetcanning will likely be nerfed.
Lofty scams: No worse than collateral scams. Just testament that in EVE people don't "play nice(policy)". No more exploit than a gatecamp.

Regarding Lofty - every time I join a gang in Red v Blue I am told that no-one in that gang is currently at war. There's something wrong there.
