I was moving stuff from my pos with the help of an alt in a corp with +10 standing with my corp but as soon as the hauler warped to the pos the defenses activated and destroyed his ship, all setting for the defenses were disabled and the hauler did not have an aggression timer so I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to why the defenses activated

POS are bugged, they have always been bugged and are still bugged.
I have only been around POS for the last 6 months but I know that I'm not safe near them.

"Security Status" seems to override "Standings" so if you have it to shoot under a certain security status that might have triggered it even though your standings were +10.

If a POS shot up a guy in High-sec by auto for whatever reason, would CONCORD destroy the tower?

Just to clarify, High Sec POS' will only shoot War Targets.
