I found a decent solution was to downgrade to a small rep and a peroxide cap battery.
I think the fit is:
Zealot 5x HP II 10mn MWD II, Lg Peroxide, TS Warp Disruptor SAR II, EANM II, 2x OD II, 2x HS II, CPR II 2x Poly
Erm, I think so anyway. I am looking for a good corp |

I had success on sisi with this fit, ive melted curses and vagabonds with this there.
5xHPII
1x10mn MWDII 1xWDII 1xMED CB
1xMARII 1xEANMII 1xSUITCASE II 1xCO-PROCC II 3xHSII
1xPG RIG 1xPOLY RIG
Fairly fast, good gank, good neut resistance, fair tank that lasts enough to chase away vagas and curses mostly. Downside ofc no frig protection once they get under your guns. -------------------------------------- [Video]Skirmish Warfare |

Plz ccp, if you want again lot of nano ship, stay like this (not enought cpu/pg for zealot)
If not enought cpu/pg, zealot will become a full nanoship and i dont want that... i want to choose, ty

yah indeed the problem. no way to really heavily tank it.
i.e 1600mm plate/MAR II/MWD/Cap booster
maybe 800mm plate.

heres a good setup:
5 x HP II (scorch if u want range, DB multi for damage)
fleeting warp scram 10mn microwarpdrive II medium electrochemical capacitor booster
medium nano armour repair unit II 2x heat sink II internal force field array n-type thermic hardener EANM II ANM II
ancillary current router
decent resists with average tank, pretty good dps, and cap sustainable for most fights, but ull want to avoid long drawn out affairs
incase u wondering why i am using named they are just as good as t2 but thankfully have a little less cpu use (0.7 cpu left >.<) ull also need advanced weapon upgrades to 4

No, they are not "just as good" as T2. They are passable, though, because of CPU usage.

i know this but for example the extra 1% bonus on resist for t2 dmg control is gonna buy you a few second at the very most- but i do agree that the cap booster is just passable

It's funny you should put it that way, because the med electrochem cap booster is frequently one of the few mods that really are "just as good" as T2.
The N-Type hardener and named DC were what I was referring to as "passable". I am looking for a good corp |

how about using a similar setup to the deimos?
something like 5 HPL's
mwd + scram + web
3 HS 2 ANP II's suitcase CPR
2 trimarks
damage is just a wee bit less than a deimos using non-damage drones (in the order of the 60 to 80 dps less afaik, when using scorch, compared to neutron with null), and same effective HP.
of course that this is more of a gang setup, going full gank and disregarding tank. ---

The reason the Deimos can get away with this is ECM drones. It might work if you have a Falcon in gang though. I am looking for a good corp |

Yeah ECM drones do make a diffy here. Zealot simply doesnt tank good enough for close range encounters even with the 7 low slots. -------------------------------------- [Video]Skirmish Warfare |

then again, 400 DPS at 30km range, a range that the deimos simply don't have any way to reach, is useful in gang situations.
keep in mind that this is a gang setup, not solo nor anything. ---

High: 5x HPL II Med: X5 web, Fleeting warp scram, Medium electrochemical cap booster (800s) Low: MAR II, 400mm RT plate, 2x EANM II, 2x Heat sink II.
You dont actually need any rigs to fit this, so I'd probably get some rep amount rigs, or a trimark maybe. You get 516 dps with maxed out skills, you have an OK tank. The only problem is you're going to have to land right on top of your target to have a chance (no mwd), and you'll also stand no chance against nanos. Without the MWD its not a solo ship either (cant race back to the gate if you get caught in a gate camp).
Overall, it's not a great setup. You could fit a co-proc instead of one of those heatsinks, and put a few anciliary current routers on it to fit an MWD, but then that sort of gimps the setup. I'm not sure about this ship now :P -------------------------- Your signature exceeds the maximum allowed filesize of 24000 bytes -Sahwoolo Etoophie ([email protected]) |

I like the looks of that setup. I'm also going to play around with a nano fit using optimal rigs. 500 something dps while nano is going to pawn.

I've been running:
5x Heavy Pulse Laser II - Scorch M 10mn MWDII, WDII, Med Cap Injector 2x Medium Armor Rep II, 3x Heat Sink II, 2x Adaptive Nano Membrane II 2x PG rigs
Things that go faster than you melt under your guns, things that go slower you can kite.

i currently run 4 MHP2's med NOS2 afterburner 2 24km point cap recharger 2 dcu2 mar2 3hs2's CPR2 and an eanm 2 just fine.
rigs are 1X thermic pump, other undecided.
should be no problems dropping the nos2 for another MHP2 tbh, ive not had any problems with not having an MWD either.

The Plate slows you down by about 200m/sec, but gives you additional 2200 Armor HP, which is not too bad of a mix. Damage Control II with HPL II won't work, as there's not enough CPU for that. .

I don't fit for 1v1, but the gangs I fly with are recon heavy rather than nano, so that tends to skew my viepoint a bit

Why do people fly nano zealots insted of nano sacri's? nanosacris are better to be honest. Unless its a skill thing

What if you used a named DC? DCIIs are CPU hogs... would be interested to see whether you get more EHP with a DC or the plate. (Also - you're using polycarbs and a faction disruptor; try for at least one faction heatsink) __________________________________
