I see so the answer the to aggressive tactics against mining is to roll over and just take it. We are not allowed to consider taking positive action against the aggressor as an IG choice? When does that notion stop being a dictate to how people should play in a sandbox? 
Please show me in the EvElopedia or game guides where is says people are not supposed to take up specific military actions IG against the Goons? I really want to see this immunity clause in the EULA.  roflysst
I mean heaven forbid that suicide gankers might actually have to worry about something shooting back at them. And you harp on about risk, promotion of PvP and whiney carebears. This is even more risk adversive and whiney.

And I guess your incapable of seeing the word "we" as a general collective term. My main is a research/industrial alt.
To be honest if anyone was really serious about aggressing null sec alliances of the magnitude of goons, it would take significant planning, co-operation and unification to have a chance at success. But the philosphy would continue, so for me it's a question of hearts and minds thats ultimatley the most relevant.
Most high sec corporations/alliances are so fractured and ill organised I doubt it would happen. Too much to personally risk in such an effort to see it as worth the effort or investment. Likley fear of reprisals also. I wouldn't be open in advertising it so clearly either as a definate stratergy as some people are doing as a "call to arms" as it would obviously hamper progression of any war efforts.
However, one can dream.

hm yes almost as if in nullsec that is where the real game is played I don't know. Word on the street is you guys do, quite literally, nothing but suicide gank Hulks and blitz krieg incursions for the lulz.
I guess that would cover some of the details associated with "fractured".
