Number one is a "reload time skill" for faster realoading obv :)
Second is a "missile hp skill" maybe if you get it to lvl5 all your missiles take two defenders to take down rather than one.
I dont think this would effect pvp because as far as i know people dont use defenders in pvp (i could be wrong)
good ideas or should i shut up?

And the faster reloading thing, imho, Is one of the only things that is balanced and race neutral. It also gives an advantage to the named/t2 varients in the sense they can hold more ammo.
Therefore, I'm against both skills for nothing else than avoiding 'skill spral' in EVE.

How about ship specific skills. Say you get your min frigate skill to V. You could train "Rifter Piloting" to get 2% better per level on one of its core abilities. This would represent how you know that type of ship better then others of the same class while not unbalancing it ingame.

It's not race neutral, amarr don't reload that much at all ----

I wouldn't mind a reload skill.
Missile hp skill? Nah, defender missiles are gimp already and besides, how would a missile still function after taking serious damage from an explosion? A missile is totally dedicated to one thing: Getting the payload to the target as fast as possible. A missile having hp would mean that resources have been spent on putting armor on it or shielding it, thus should incur penalties on the speed/payload.

Maybe a rig for that then? And then defender missles could get a boost?

Check Forums for the lovly Reload bug on all Weapons with used Amno(more for Amno changing not for reloading). Well yeah the extra Skill for faster reload would be nice(if they fix this damn Bug with the Crystalls finaly). For the Missle HP no Idea I donŠt use Missles.

Nerf Lasers! Thay need far to less CPU and Grid to Fit. Still using not enught Cap and do far to mutch Damage. O wait... they allready did... =( |
