I am suicide ganking Hulks with my Ibis. This is allowed. It is not my fault that Conord serve and protect the hulk after they kill me when I managed to do 0.01 damage to the hulk. As soon as concord spawn goes away, I try to suicide gank the hulk again.

If Mission Runner gankers are camping the gate, I try to suicide gank a can or the gate itself. This is allowed. Concord spawn in and camp the gate and thus it is safe. As soon as concord goes away after a few hours, I return to try to suicide gank the gate or can. As long as I lose my ship, it is allowed.

If people camp a gate to kill freightors, I will also try to suicide gank them with my Ibis. Concord will hear a fight has gone on and will jump in to help. It is not my fault that suicide ganking with ibis is perfectly allowed. I could use a Conord as well, as I hear they are almost free. This is not WOW people, you are allowed to try to suicide gank with ibis.


When I am -5 sec. I will simply use station instawarps to undock from stations safely to repeat the process regardless of sec rating. This is allowed and if it is not allowed, i will stop.... Or use a Condor insted.

CONCORD should ask you for a few bucks before helping you in my opinion. There you fly throuh the worst parts of the known universe with your highly valuable cargo in a fragile ship and expect to be saved before something happens or someone escapes with it?

I can imagine them flying close to you, asking if everything is allright while your hull starts to burst in flames from the missiles hitting it. You then grab the ISKies laying around and wave at them in panic.
They might save you - or take the ISKies and laugh.

I'd like them more that way. :|

If people complain about concord already being on top of the ship, then they're simply stamping their feet in ignorance like a confused child.

When you engage someone, concord spawns a group for YOU. Existing concord will NOT shoot you. Gate guns, however, will immediately begin to fire if you're engaging on a gate (this is to the best of my knowledge, and how I've been told the system works. If it is incorrect, let me know).

Think of it this way...

You attack hulk in belt. Concord script starts, with them ordered to engage you (of which they stand-down when your ship is destroyed). At this point concord begin to choke down donuts and laugh at the pod pilots lagging in system. This is why you get huge blobs of concord, and why suicide ganking freighters is possible (otherwise 300+ spawned concord would melt engaging battleships in seconds, as opposed to the current system where a group spawns and only spawns to engage a single attacking ship).
