As a bad camouflaged alt of a char in the north I can tell you this:
There will be a new northern war:
We eerm Insrugency + Triumvirate + Phalanx alliance
vs
all the other "northern monkeys"

Actually what we are looking at is a significant change of SOV in large areas of EVE again.
With Wars breaking out in Multiple Regions between Alliances that had a NAP to support the War vs BOB a lot is going to change in 0.0.
My Bet, is that IAC is the next major Alliance to lose its home systems.
