If you having issues with a petition you are welcome to request a second opinion and have another GM look at it. Please do not share the contents of the petition with other players as those communications are private between you and CCP.
For any complaints with the CSM I would suggest participating on the Jita Park Speaker's Corner and discuss issues with other players.

^^ That is pretty much the case. If you meet all these prerequisites and have not run them before then you should be able to use these agents (mind you, only once; they will not be reset once you have used them). If there is still something wrong, please file a petition.
Note: I have NOT looked into these petitions in any way, thus I have no way of knowing if the GMs in question were correct and cyllan anassan misinterpreted the answer, if the GMs were wrong and they misinterpreted cyllan anassan's question, or if the GMs in question simply lacked the proper knowledge on these agents. All of these are a possibility; however, GMs are not allowed to lie and if we catch a GM doing so (which I have personally have not seen so far, although where humans are involved mistakes do happen) they will receive a harsh reprimand. Usually when someone perceives a GM as lying to them it involves a misunderstanding as opposed to a lie.

I cannot and will not discuss individual or specific petitions or cases on the forums. If you wish to revisit these cases or wish to file a complaint about the way these petitions were handled then that complaint will have to be handled through the petition system. Communication about petitions is considered private and I will not compromise that privacy.
I can assure you, though, that any complaint will be handled with care and taken seriously. A senior GM will always be involved where complaints like these are filed.
