This was in the news when it happened. If you would actually look, you'd notice it's not "obscure"
There's nothing original about this venture.
Not everyone reads the news either. I usualy don't as its mostly filled with rp and pr stuff for CCP. So let the poor guy have his fun.

There's even a book about it. It really is quite famous, I'm afraid :P
Did the book have a big red paperclip as the cover picture? If so I might have noticed the cover on my numerous trips to the library for study and research material. But tbqh I don't read or care much about popular culture as it doesn't really do anything for you but waste your time. Though each to his own of course.

Thats cool. I always tend to have some technical manual handy for my travels though. Yeah I'm a big egghead.
