Hello everyone. Not sure if this has come up before, but I recently returned from being overseas and logged into the EVE account I had kept active while I was gone. Now my character selection screen is empty.
I filled out a petition but it's been a few days now and I've received no acknowledgment that anyone even read it...
Has this happened before and is there anything I can do?

this is another account I take it ?
did you have the api info ?
can you see the characters when you log into this site and setect forum settings ?
if this is the account that you have no characters showing on i.e. this King Moloch does not show when you try and enter game ? [if so then that may be a cache problem ]

I can see the character names when I log onto this site, but the selsction screen is blank in game. Do you know how I would go about fixing this?

Im having the same problems. Its been like this for 3 days. I can log into Eve in work and change skills etc. At home I log in to see empty character slots and no create new char or terminate options.
Ive uninstalled all security software and trying a new install of Eve now. Weirdly im also having a punkbuster handshaking error when playing fps games.They say this is firewall related so im working on that first.
Would you be using Virgin media by any chance King?

No, actually. I uninstalled all the security software while I was out to sea this last time.
Other than that, there have been no configurational changes with this machine.
