Unless you have mistaken Fountain for Delve and BoB for Black Star Alliance then yes you have been participating in fleet. You had one dictor in QY6 for one day that I can see on your killboard. Not going to go further into this more and make it look like we didnt appreciate your help in Feyth; we did. If you pick up and start fighting in delve like you are in Fountain your space in GBC will be open. But until that time the standings reset will take place on the 16th.

If you happen to be a competent, self-sustaining ally with capital ships and/or a good head on your shoulders, consider yourselves Kill On Sight. We have no use for allies who can't suck our cocks day in and day out attempting to get into BoB by shitposting on CAOD and killing goon frigates. You can go and join MC (LAND THIEVES) or something. I don't know.
