I wish people would stop using EveFiles. The stupidity of links labeled as if they were direct downloads but aren't combined with the amazingly slow download speed means all you are left with is a subpar host that annoys anyone who tries to download from it.

If the goons dropped half of what you get in your donation drives I'd be happy to remove any type of adverts I use to bring in something to run this.
And fyi some of my mirrors has a per-connection-cap that limits the download to ~500KB/s, download manager is your friend tbh as they should be able to easily give you a 5-10MB/s speed from those mirrors.
If you have a spare server and a 100MBit+ link I could use drop me a line and I'll add the mirror asap.
As for the other questions about bandwidth, I think we are running close to 25TB per month nowdays.

You'd save big on bandwidth if you got that mongoloid Joshua Forchan or whatever to stop making maps that are 2.3mB in size, or just stop making maps altogether.

Your SIG is to big please reduce it to fit these limits
The size limits for signature graphics are as follows:
Maximum height: 120 pixels
Maximum width: 400 pixels
Maximum file size: 24,000 bytes
