Dear C.C.P.,
I am tired. This is complete bull**** I have trying to log in to the server since last night and now this morning and I keep getting charter is located within (system name) and is currently loading. Please try again in a moment. This is completely unacceptable I am not in Jita or any populated area. The system I reside in is completely unpopulated except for me and maybe 1 or 2 of my corp mates.
I am missing skill time for my skill has been done now for some time and also my silo's are prolly full. I can't beleive this is happening. I mean seriously you postponed the patch by 24 hrs to fix what ever it was that was broken and then the damn patch was still broken upon release. Now I get screwed out of traiing time and also playing time which might I remind you I PAY FOR!! And the only thing I and the people get we are sorry for the inconvienence. what ever I work in the Hosptality buissness and deal with people all day long and IF they complained about something I would either be comping them something or giving them something for free and ever case you guess inconvinence us the people all we get is we are sorry. I am sorry but Sorry just aint cutting it no more I am ask/demand something in return for me and All the people that you constantly inconvienence. You have never given a free month to anyone or comped them anything except back in 2003 when you had to roll the server back and all we got is 1 free day woo freaking hoo 1 day. I don't care anymore I want something.
And to all you forum trolls who are going to start saying **** in my forum thread buzz off cause you imput is not welcomed here.
C.C.P. If you had a bad server from I.B.M. and you got ****ty customer service from them would you buy another server from them.. NO you wouldn't if your cars had mechanical issues after there was service done to it and the dealership said it will take 2 weeks to fix your car you would be ****ed and ask for a free rental since the car is still under warranty. You get my point. Yea we get free expansions but with my cacualtions they arent free. You take the server down every day for 1+ hrs per day and then not to menttion unexspected downtimes. So for the sake of math we will say the server goes down for 40 hrs a month times 12 months thats 480 hrs a year divided by 24 hrs in 1 day comes to a total of 20 days a year total time the eve server is down. We the people are paying for that and there is our so called free expansion. BULL****!
I have playing since beta and I at one time lost sleep for this game and was all excited about it and advertised it to my friends and family which most of them I got to play it. But now I don't even talk about the game and if I do its nothing ever good.
I don't know if I am done with the game and I am sure it don't matter to you or the general public which I personaly don't give 2 ****s about but I am completely tired and unhappy and want to see some comensation.

What part of "set long skill training" do you not understand? Anyone who isn't a complete noob should know this kind of stuff happens on every patch.

Actually you have the right to post in accordance with the forum rules which may or may not include free speech. I'm not sure if a non constructive rant is all that compliant to the forum rules. I'll have to look that up in the rules and policies.
Anyways, if you are so concerned about inflamatory responses, why did you post this complaint (which looks both personal as well as directed at one particular party), in a public forum instead of just emailing it to CCP outside of the perception of those you claim have nothing to do with your attempt at feedback?

Let's put it this way, since I'm in generous mood. When my cable company recently tried to rip me off, did I grab a soap box in the middle of the city plaza, scream about it, and expect people to care? No, I talked to customer service and got results.
When you post a customer service grievance on the forums, you are showing an ulterior motive to "rally the crowd" to support your petty cause because if indeed your communication was meant for you and CCP, you would have used the proper and useful channels.
In conclusion, your post is massive fail. Now gimme your stuff.

I respect your opinion and agree with many of the points you have raised, it truely is terrible the way ccp have treated us. Im sorry you have come to the point where you dont know if you have the will to continue. In all honesty i cant see things changing..... these things will still happen when ccp patch the server, its the way its always been and its its probably the way things will always be.
So now that we're friends can i have your stuff if you leave? (i know you've already been asked, but he was rude )
P.S whats in the silos?.... can i have that too?

I did not have a skill training during the patch either.
Boo hoo, life goes on.
Everytime you fix something, something else breaks. This is a rule of life, and goes double for CCP and EVE. This pattern is nothing new, you should expect it.
