When I switch from one acct to the other, my pc freezes and won't bring up 2nd char. Any suggestions?

This is happening with me also. I can only play with one account now. Anybody know what the deal is with this?

Same issue for me, now cannot Alt Tab between chars, Windows key will not drop to Desktop to manually select 2nd client, managed to get it working in windows mode but bits of graphics are missing until mouse-over. Either that or everything just hangs with bits of eve and bits of desktop on the screen, very annoying, everything working fine until last patch could run 3 clients and Alt Tab between eact without any problems.

Same problem here (among other issues). Trying to alt-tab results in having to kill the eve clients with task manager.
Think first, talk later ... |

same problem here, except I can not kill the process in task manager, tried killing it multiple ways, had to reboot computer. Running vista 32bit

Run 2 or 3 classic in windowed mode
logging the second or 3rd can result in stuck PC with flickering screen - not good for a migraine sufferer like me -
eventually ctrl+alt+delete will allow ending the trouble making process
At other times they are running fine and suddenly frame rate on one drops to almost zero with space suddenly turning white - docking and undocking can cure it - or logging one of the other clients off.
It was suggested that I create copies of EVE for each client - this did not help.
